I had my RAV4 detailed on Tuesday 10/03/23. Price was $275 and I added a cash tip. Andy, the owner, was super nice, personable, provided good communication, and fair prices. I did the Interior/Exterior package. Exterior detailing included a hand wash, buff, polish & paint sealant, restoration of headlights, wheel & tire and engine cleaning. Interior includes vacuum, shampooing carpets and floor mats, cleaning and sanitizing seats, door panels, center console & dust removal within vents, and cleaning windows. Pristine Detailing is located at 2462 Wood Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43221. I dropped my car off the evening before the appointment and received a text the next day (10/3) at 4:30pm. One of the rear quarter windows could have been wiped again and the side of the passenger seat could have used more cleaning as well. Overall, beyond satisfied and can't believe how nice the exterior turned out and no site of any dog hair. Used Venmo for payment and my only complaint is I was texted one price and was charged $25 more. I did tip 20% cash on top off price (gratuity was optional). My 2015 Chevrolet Impala is 8 years old and just needed a thorough cleaning. Andy and his crew did a great job including the outside, interior, under the hood, and even cleaned under the trunk mats in the spare tire well. The major issue is pricing and proportional cleaning which I felt was lagging. They did a decent job which I can get in other Car Spas for around 100USD. They charged 200 which I felt was too much for what they actually did. So the question is what better could have been done? 1. For what you are doing charge a uniform amount and have transparency. In the reviews themselves, we can see discrepancies from 130 to 200USD for a complete detailing of SUVs. 2. If you are charging 200, just make sure you do a better job than people who are doing detailing for 100USD. To start, I found nobody bothered to lift carpets or move seats to clean the car. You can use better quality polish and not the regular one. I found watermarks that showed inadequate drying. I will visit again if they either reduce the price to be competitive for the service they are providing, or convince us that they will perform high-quality work which is worth 200! read more

I called Pristine just yesterday and Andy was very professional and quoted me an accurate price to get the interior of my Ford 500 cleaned. He scheduled me for the very next morning! I dropped off my car and a little less than 3 hrs later I got a text that it was done. I returned to a car cleaner than the day I bought it- years of crumbs from car meals gone, stains away, even the door jambs were cleaned. They were amazing! The owner drove us to a Starbucks down the street so we had a place to stay while they worked on the car. We only needed the front right seat/ inside of the door to be cleaned, but they did the entire car! I've never seen it this clean. Even more, it was crazy affordable. Was not impressed. Really wanted to be. The exterior was shiny, but definitely did not look buffed( which they said they did.) The interior was clean but middle console looked like they rubbed it too hard and it wasn't dirty in the first place. You could see the lines where they scrubbed the back seats, but asked why there was discoloration and he said, "oh some cars are just like that, you can never tell what the fabric will do". There was a tiny tear on the back of the seat (near hatchback area), and the ceiling of the car still had a ton of dog hair and dirt spots. I took it in filthy (between kids and dogs), and got it back in fairly clean condition; just disappointed they couldn't buff out superficial scratches that I inquired with other businesses (said they could get them out). I went with Pristine Detailing because they got us right in; now I see why!! Two other businesses were booked for a week to 3 weeks. Will never go back here. Sorry for a dismal review, but for $175 plus a tip, I think I could have done better:( read more

Pristine Detailing is the only place I will ever take my car again! The service was OUTSTANDING. I called 48 hours prior to get an appointment, they were very flexible and willing to work with me! Andy Wagner was so customer service oriented and made things easy. Due to a tight budget, I paid only for the inside of my jeep to be detailed for our wedding that weekend! When I picked it up, the ENTIRE car was spotless. The outside had been washed and waxed as well! I called Andy to tell him there must have been a mistake, we only can afford the inside of the car... and he said it was a wedding gift on him! My car was already in great condition when I took it in to be detailed. I expected it to look like new for the money I was paying and with how little work it actually needed. When I got my car back, it looked as if I had taken it through a $5 car wash and spent 10 minutes vacuuming the interior. He claims to have shampooed the carpets, but the car didn't even smell like any cleaning products whatsoever, nor were the carpets any cleaner than before; there was also very noticeable leaves and debris remaining underneath the seats, and much of the car was in the same condition as before. I spent 2 hours after getting my car back fixing everything that I thought would be taken care of by Andy, including wiping out the cup holders, stain removal on the seat and carpets (which I was able to do with just a simple spray carpet cleaner, even more evidence that the carpets and seats had not been properly shampooed as claimed,) and thoroughly cleaning the doors and dashboard. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more
