Very accommodating when working out a time that worked for my schedule. Self-sufficient, which was a big concern to me because my car was nowhere near electricity or water. I had a special request as well: we had a bit of an emergency to address, which was dealing with about a pint of sugary ice tea that had been spilled on the passenger side back floor and had made its way up to the front of the car. I made an appt about a month ago with this car detail business. They arrived on time and with a good energy and friendly attitude. I got the gold detail package, and wow was I impressed with their service!! They cleaned all my rims, cleaned my carpet, mats, seats and brought everything to a shine! They were at my house for about an hour and a half. They were professional and walked me around the Jeep when they were done. The price was reasonable and within my budget. Every time I have Macron come out and detail my car I remember why I choose them. They're so responsive and communicate everything with the customer. They also do an incredible job. Paul did an excellent job on my Jetta! I have a Bernese Mountain Dog and the inside of my car was covered in fur, dirt, and dried slobber. Now, looking in my car, you would never know I have a dog. He also went above and beyond to meet me someplace convenient. I live nearby campus, and my parking area is not conducive to having someone work on my car. Paul arranged to meet me at a park, where I was able to quickly drop off my car and pick it up when ready without having to worry about taking up too much space in my lot. I needed a person to get the swirl marks out of paint from going through those car washes and I had a few stains on the carpet so I hired this guy based on yelp reviews and I don't think I could have made a better decision. He cleaned and detailed stuff I would never have thought, the car looks like it just rolled off of the lot and the interior smells really nice. I now can say that we will never have anyone else detail our cars! Paul came out to our house even though the weather looked bad. We simply put the car in the garage and he set into work. The car had some surface scratches and he was able to get those out. He even did some touch up using paint which I provided. I can't do this type of things because my hands shake some. The interior was over the top. It looked brand new. No one could ever tell we had 2 large labs that live to go for rides. Friggin' awesome. I did a lot of research looking for a place to detail my car for less than $250. I found these guys. They were early, very cool to talk to, ask what my needs and expectations were, and promised to deliver. I asked them to shampoo, clay bar, etc etc. They were honest and said they would be happy to do it, but my truck didn't need it and I would be better off saving my money. Best part.....they came to me, my house. An hour later, they were done, locked up, invoice in the car. Never had to hand them my keys. Absolutely amazing. I had a horrible smell emanating from my back seat... this after having two kids who are now older and SHOULD be cleaner. But they're boys. Anyway, I had no idea what it was and where it was coming from. I called Macron. First of all, he had a cancellation and called me to see if he could come over sooner than planned, which was great. I said- please! The smell is killing me! He was able to locate the smell and get rid of it. It's been a few weeks and my car still smells clean. He was also able to get rid of a lot of the dog hair. (Boys and dogs. Can you imagine?) The car looked showroom ready. I would give 10 stars if I could. All I can really say is wow! I am even ashamed to say my car was filthy like filthy. I had stains everywhere and a big queso mishap before they came out. I got the q-tip package and my car literally looks brand new. They treated and shampooed everything to perfection. They even restored my headlights and it's amazing. It was snowing and he offered to come back and complete the exterior another time if I would like. Offered a discount as there were a few "unidentified" stains" he could not get out. I got my car detail by this company years ago but I had to write a review due to my experience with another detailing company. I just had my car detailed by Speedy K and it was awful. The people are rude and not friendly. They also messed up on my appointment time and had to reschedule me. I only used them because they could get me in sooner than Macron. Big mistake. Third time's the charm! Rain, rain and more rain. Two appointments had to be rescheduled due to the rain. Finally, a day without rain. An hour early. I'm always early so I understand and appreciate it. We BSed about what all needed done before and during the detailing. Good workers. Good senses of humor which is a must when dealing with me. :) Two cars done, with the reschedules and all, plus our BSing a pleasant experience. Cars look new. Smell decent too. DO NOT USE Macron Mobile (Owner, Darren Macron). I don't know if they are just incredibly unorganized or just plain dishonest, but I paid them $99 for an interior cleaning and they delivered zero service. I don't mean sub-par service, I mean none. Despite me calling them numerous times to try to get the service I was owed, I got nothing. Paul did call me back once and promised to make up the error. We scheduled the makeup service, I re-arranged my schedule and guess what, nobody showed up and nobody called. I called to demand a refund, but nobody called back. Macron Mobile just took my money. Needless to say I am now elevating the matter in an effort to get my money back or at least keep any others from being robbed by this company. read more
