I spoke with CJ, the owner, who was just as nice. He quoted me a very reasonable price. I was able to drop off my vehicle with them and they were even kind enough to drive me back home. I ended up not being able to pick up my vehicle for a few days due to my schedule, but kept in contact with them the entire time. They were so understanding. And they even brought my vehicle BACK TO MY HOUSE! You don't get that kind of service everyday. It was so refreshing to have such nice people to do business with. I will definitely go back. I'm a professional truck driver, so I stopped there to get my truck "professionally washed". The guys there firstly were really nice and pledged to God, that I'd be happy with their work (I needed my truck to be washed either from the outside and under the hood). So guess what? I had to show them multiple times, where they missed! And instead of doing their job right they started to yell at me, saying that they are pro's and I'm an idiot! For example, Mr. MIKE squealed at me, after I pointed out to him that he and his guys didn't wash the outside of the cabin of my truck. He replied in a very rude and disrespectful manner, that he is not going to clean it, because his back hurts and demanded me to pay him $130 dollars right now. This one you have a little bit of a straight path before you enter, which is really nice, especially if you're like me and you're constantly driving different cars into the car wash and you really don't have a sense of where your wheel well is. Given the number of complaints registered against this MEW's equipment, I thought maybe they would've fixed some things so I came through today. Pulled my full-size SUV in put it neutral and as it started to move forward, I noticed that the first 2 to 3 feet of the vehicle got hit with the dry brush before the foam bath starts to fall from above in a sheet. A year ago at this location, the foam sheet started right when my bumper passed Forward so that the paint was properly foamed and wetted before starting to get hit with their brushes. The fact that they do not put any water or foam on the vehicle before the brushes hit is inexcusable and were this a franchise I would have them pull their franchise tag. It's not that difficult pull in any square body, GM or Ford SUV and you will find that the nose your vehicle gets hit with brushes two or 3 feet into it before proper foam has rained down from above as it designed to happen at the very beginning.
