Great car wash and pretty helpful attendants as well. * Management ( or owners ) need to CLARIFY the lane to drive in to the car wash with better instructions for a No Enter Lane for those who Do Not have a member's tag. We can all appreciate wanting to clean your vehicle, that's what the place is for but those who do not have the window tag are CONSTANTLY pulling into the wrong lane and requiring attendants to take their payment, quite often permitting the attendant to sell them a membership which took 11 minutes of wait time for those of us who ALREADY bought the membership and just want to drive through, wait the APPROPRIATE time it takes to take our turn and proceed ( get thee hell out of the way ). This practice of signing up new customers in the " Member's Lane " is unprofessional, deters Paid Customers from wanting to renew. I am one of those. Do The Job The Right Way,, make an explicit lane for MEMBERS ONLY,, and a PAY AS YOU GO lane for those who do not want or do not have a Membership. This has occurred the last Three (3) times I have gone there and it is annoying, Very annoying. "MANAGEMENT , PLEASE DO WHATEVER YOU NEED TO DO TO ELIMINATE THIS ISSUE,, REMEMBER, IF I AM THE ONLY ONE COMPLAINING ONLINE,, THERE ARE MANY, MANY OTHERS WHO DIDN'T TAKE THE TIME TO DO THIS, THEY JUST STOP COMING " This should be a no brainer but,, Here I am having to point out obvious ways to make your business better,, BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS ! Typical for a drive thru wash. The suction on the vacuum was horrible. I purchased a membership so that was disappointing

The manager here (African-American lady) is phenomenal. I have noticed she does an amazing job training the other employees and even went as far as recognizing my vehicle and telling the others that I don't prefer the brush. She is very kind and professional. Extremely impressed. read more

I have a membership so it's nice to be able to go almost anywhere and still get my car washed. This location is a bit smaller than others I've been to. But the membership makes it a good value and I haven't had a negative experience yet. There's only 5 covered spaces, that's the only negative. read more

Automated car washes are cheap thrills. For Goo Goo Express Wash's $7 express wash, you get to sit in your car and observe as scrubbing sudsy twirling mop-like implements remove dirt and grime off your vehicle. A fun few minutes! This particular Goo Goo is located on a busy stretch of South College, close to the Walmart. After checking out the menu of various levels of service (I think the most expensive option was around $19), you punch in your order at a touchscreen and pay, kinda like a drive-thru. A gate arm lifts up, and two nice young men in whites and bow ties cheerfully direct you where to drive, and then they do some soaping up of your car before you get on the track that slowly pulls you through the entertaining car wash. When you're done, you pull up into an area that reminds me of Sonic, but instead of ordering fast food, you get to use free industrial-strength vacuums to suck up all the leaves and dirt out of your car carpets. There's also some device for cleaning your floor mats, though it didn't seem to do much for mine. As a bonus, you also get an air freshener in the shape of a cartoon car. This car wash is open 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Saturday. $7 and my car looks respectable? I'll take it. Thanks Goo Goo. read more

Goo Goo has lost its touch. I got the $21 wash & I am highly unsatisfied with my experience. First, I do not like the new washes & packages they offer - I liked the old options. Next, the young man that scrubbed my windshields before going through the wash didn't even completely scrub them. After exiting the wash & getting out to vacuum my car, I still had marks & dirt on my car to the point I immediately regretted getting my car washed there, especially after buying the most expensive package. They were out of spray for the windows at every station, the suction of the vacuums was horrible & my mats don't even fit in the mat cleaner. I will not be returning to their car washes - I will find another one. Not to mention I believe their wash has cracked my windshield on a prior visit... read more

This particular Goo Goo Car Wash on South College street is terrible. Some of these employees are very lazy and slow. There is this one employee who was just hired and moves like a Sloth. Barely touches the car. How was this GUY hired? read more

I've been here 3x, the first time I went they did a great job scrubbing before I went into the wash. The second and 3rd time I went there was new people and the guy/girl who stands by the wash always rushes the people scrubbing the cars. She/he will make me drive forward before they're even done scrubbing. It's pretty annoying. I'm not sure what's the rush when there wasn't anyone behind me. Wish they kept the old workers. read more
