This review is for the self service car wash center that's right next to Shell and I couldn't find…read morethat but this Shell Gas Station comes up when I search for wash centers. This place is pretty bad, the water pressure is dismal at best. Spending $5 in change was a huge mistake. The machine takes a good 20-30seconds to change from presoak, to 'high pressure' soap, then rinse was a serious disappointment. For some strange reason, a 5second splurge of soap came thru when I was doing the final spot free rinse. So had to add more coins to get that rinsed off. The results are far from spectacular and even with almost 4minutes or 'spot free' rinse starting from room and working my way down... wait for it.... wait.... there are hard water spots al over the car!! I'd the owner is reading this, please contact me so we can discuss what is needed to fix this, or just shut it down because I think my cars worse off after washing it here...

It is a bit of a distance from the exit. The station is easily seen from the road at a convenient traffic light. The exterior parking lot and the gas pump area is clean and well maintained. I haven't had any trouble using my fuel rewards points here at the gas pumps. Because of the distance from the Springboro exit off of 75 North it is not my first choice to fill up at though. The station seems to get a good amount of business from the traffic that travels past it. I've found the price for regular gas very reasonable here. She has a stellar work ethic and a phenomenal sense of humor. Just 2 days ago she was actually working on her birthday! This morning I grabbed a gift card, asked her to put $25 on it, paid for it and my coffee and then handed the GC right back to her with a big fat smile and a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY FRIEND!" She couldn't believe that someone would do that for her. "FOR ME?? THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!" It really is the thought that counts. Happy birthday, my friend... After he filled his cup that was overflowing (probably why it's a mess) he went to the registers where he ignored a line. I went to a lady who had checked out four customers and all of a sudden they opened another register and she left... with me at the register. After they checked out two more customers I asked "should I go to another register?" Another guy came and said he'd check me out and she said, "we decided to change registers."
