If I could leave one star, I would. Go to literally any other AT&T store because this one is garbage. There was one employee and one customer in the store when we went to just return our old phones. The employee did not even acknowledge us. We stood there for 10 minutes waiting before another employee came in for his shift. Once he clocked in, another 5 minutes had passed, and then he was able to help us. What should have taken ten minutes or less was an almost 30 minute ordeal. If the employee working had at least said "hi I'll be with you guys in a minute" we wouldn't have been so annoyed. But again- not even any acknowledgment. She should not be working in a customer service job at any capacity. They must be desperate for employees if they were willing to hire her. read more

Awful customer service. Walked in to get help transferring data from one phone to another and she just said "we don't do that here." I explained I'm not very good with iPhones and am a customer here. Zero customers in the store besides me and she wouldn't even attempt to help. read more

Manager is incompetent. Does not help to resolve issues mishandled by her staff. I traded the phone in this store and didn't get the credits I called customer care multiple times and the same thing they said have to go back to the store where I traded the item because it is only the manager can help to fix it. Been there 4times and she is rude and does not wanted to talk and deal with it. She is saying it is not her control that her staff mishandled it.She said call customer service and they will handle it which I already did 3 times and same that have to go back to the store because it is where they first handled the item. Back and forth to talked to this manager who doesn't wanted to deal and being rude is very disappointing. I never get the credits of traded phone due to their mistakes and it is very frustrating. I decided to review AT&T because today marks the 3 month anniversary of the last time I was actually able to log in to my AT&T account online. Since February 3, 2019, I have been in contact with AT&T digital support, tech support, loyalty support and the store location, by last count, for a total of 19 phone calls, 412ish minutes of my life. (I finally stopped counting). Since I cannot see my bill online, nor pay my bill online as I used to, I went to the store location to try and get some assistance, as there was a discrepancy in the total bill amount that I received in an email. The female employee at the store, blond hair, quite tan, was not helpful in the least. After giving her my ID, PIN, etc, she says she cannot give me a copy of my bill, due to the other phone lines included in the bill, that I cannot see that information. Um, what??? The phone package that I pay for, the three phone lines that include myself and my parents, whose phone numbers I know...but I can't see the bill???? This is among the most ridiculous things I've heard lately. I can pay the bill in the store, but I can't see the bill??? This was the cherry on top of the sundae of subpar service. I have been a customer since September 2003, and guess what? I just got my parents to switch to a different cell phone carrier this week, and in another week or so,when I have had my new phone for 90 days, I will be switching as well, so that my cell phone can be paid off by the other company. AT&T's only response to all the login issues has been "Yes, this is a known problem, but we don't have a date as to when it will be fixed" and of course the always included "Thanks for being the best part of AT&T". Well of course I'm the best part, I've never had a late payment, etc, but this business can't fix a "known" problem, and expects that I will just keep paying a bill I can't see? No questions asked? And to find out, that even with my ridiculously low data plan of 3G that I was paying for, for three cell phone lines, I could be paying the same price for unlimited data at other companies. And AT&T's new automated phone system, that even if and when they do call a customer back, you are put on hold, and told by the automated voice "your call will be answered in the order in which it was received." YO WHAT!!! I didn't call you, AT&T called me and you still put a customer on hold???? Just awful. So Happy Anniversary to me:( read more

I would not deal with this store. We bought a Flip IV on Monday, but didn't like it. We returned the next day and tried to exchange it for a smartphone. We were told there was going to be a $55 restocking fee. Now, the original phone only cost $62. So we left. We called AT&T Customer Service and were told this wasn't right, go see the manager. We called the store and spoke to a manager. He said have AT&T make a notation in our account. I called Customer Service again and was put on hold not once but twice so she could "check with my resources." Customer Service was going to route me to the sales department. I'm not interested in speaking with Sales. Finally she said the restocking fee applies after the package has been opened. WTF. AT&T has just lost a customer forever. read more

This store's management and lack of responsibility is tirelessly working against you. Management has changed hands twice since August when my issue began, and noone will take responsibility and help resolve it. If you are still with AT&T, pick a different store. read more

Wow. I should have read prior reviews before attempting to go to this store tonight. The sign on the door says closes at 8. The door was locked when I got there and the beleaguered young man left in charge had apparently been working alone all day and was supposed to close at 7 but 2 customers showed up late and he was still stuck with them at 7:30 when I arrived. He was not going to let me in as a third. I walked away upset with him but when I calmed it was clear he had a lot to deal with and was given no power to control his situation. His manager should not have left him to cover when his co-worker didn't show. After reading these other reviews it's clear this store has management issues and their customers and at least one employee is paying the price. Management needs to do better and maybe give the young man working tonight a spa gift card or something to make up for the extra stress. read more
