This made the line crazy and clog up the front of the store. We went to the back of the store to waste some time and look at the books. When we came back to checkout things were fine. My daughter did think it was really cool they have a Kendra Scott section and a mini Ulta. I am a Red Card member but had never actually used it in-store, as I do curbside pickup a lot, so that was interesting; I tried to use the barcode on my app but it wasn't scanning well (maybe because the brightness on my phone isn't turned up), and I did have the actual card with me, so I used that instead. Every time we get the same response that they need pictures of something else. The emails have become increasingly co defending but it would appear that it's an attitude that Adidas pronouns through its companies. We came here not just to window shop, but to actually purchase boots on the spot. We always try to support local businesses. As soon as we walked in, the only greeting we received from the woman working there was "I'm closing in 3 minutes.", basically telling us to leave. I've worked in retail a lot in the past and we were NEVER allowed to ask people to leave the store because it was getting close to closing time. Not sure why the door was still even unlocked if she wasn't going to serve any more customers. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. We will not be back!
