After many tries to upload the documents with no luck , went in the store and they couldn't get them uploaded . Verizon wireless customer service is the worst! two weeks ago I called them to let them know I am having problems with my phone, they said they will send me a new iPhone 16 pro, I asked if it was the large phone cause I have iPhone pro max 14 and prefer large, they said it was! They also guaranteed that our monthly bill would not be changed or go up! And they said the new one they were sending me was totally free and that the phone originally is $1000.00 and we would get a $200 credit on our bill! they charged me $65.00 for taxes! was supposed to get phone in two days but 6 days later I talked to customer service again cause I hadnt got the phone. they lied and said they called ups and it would be there that day. did not get so I called ups and they had sent it back to sender! called customer service again and they told me to go to Verizon store to pick up phone and they had to charge me another $65 for taxes again! picked up phone that evening, went home and transferred my stuff onto new phone. had to call customer service again to get it connected. what they didn't tell me at store is phone doesn't come with a charger so I couldn't use cause it was going dead. found out from another store that they added another phone line to our bill!!!! so we went back to Verizon where we got phone and returned it to find out we had to pay $50 cause they couldn't sell the new phone cause it was out of box! we have insurance and warranty on my phone so we called customer service again and they said insurance wouldn't be used because phone didn't have physical damage but they said warranty would. They put me on phone with tech support and we worked on phone then she told me that I need to go back to Verizon so they can download all my stuff of on Dropbox so I don't lose it then reset my phone. We went back to Verizon and they did system reset cause they were afraid all my data would be lost. now they sent me home, so I have to wait to see if my internet will stay on and if not come back again! they also said that if phone don't work then they will send replacement phone that is used! so why did they charge me $50 for return cause they said it's no good no more but yet that's what your warranty covers?! Lee our sale person flat out lie to us about our phone plan over and over. It is costing us $30 more a month then he disclosed and guaranteed. He never provided paperwork or disclosure it was solely taken as his word (as that was all we were given) from a representative of Verizon. He lied about the cost and our plan. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS VERIZON AGAIN. I have worked in customer service most of my life and if you want to see how to run a business wrong, this is the place to see it. I was treated like garbage here. I came in because my iPhone was not accepting my SIM card. I am on a family plan and understand that there are policies that everyone needs to follow. That is awesome, I respect that. What I don't respect is when a sales associate talks down to me, after telling him I have no way to contact the person in charge of the account because my phone wasn't working. I asked him if I could use the store phone and call my parents and I was told no. I asked him repeatedly, if there was anything I could do, or if he could help and I was told NO. That sales associate made me feel so small and worthless. So, I went over to the Verizon by Jungle Jim's, they let me borrow a phone and I got my dad over there and they fixed it. That is the Verizon to go to, not this location. I will be telling all of my friends and family to never step foot into the Verizon on Princeton Rd. Reps could not help me with any of my 3 questions, but only gave me an "800" Verizon HELP number to call. When I ask to speak with a manager my rep said he was a manager, but then the real manager stopped over and his nametag said "manager". My next stop that afternoon was Costco to possibly buy a new phone, but, no need! The salesman there said he has worked for Verizon, Sprint and AT&T, asked to try something with my phone and had it working within minutes. He then called Verizon cust serv and, after much prompting found a Verizon rep who knew what he was doing and resolved the second of my 3 questions. The customer service reps at the Main Street, Hamilton store are worse. Their response to my request for help....blank stares and the same useless phone number. read more

Ridiculous! This is the worst customer service I think I've ever received at any verizon store. I walked on get assistance with my new $300 phone. They proceeded to write my name on a piece of paper. I then watched them assist several customers who came into the store after me. I was told we were next, guess again! All the while this guy kept walking around and helped no one. Why pay this clown?? To do what? Make small talk about clash of clans? Seriously. Verizon needs to re-evaluate the process by which they provide " customer service." And I use those words loosely! I was there to turn in a phone that I had for a week that was not working right and get a laptop.. they charged me for "restocking fee " even though it was their phone that was the problem...got my laptop.. charging me additional $20 a month for a phone line on it even though I don't want a second line. Got home after 1.5 hour drive to find out that they didn't give me my SIM card... can not get ahold of anyone in the store read more

I've been in here a few times for account related issues, looking for new phones, needing repairs, etc. I've never had any issue with their staff they always seem friendly. My only thing I dislike is sometimes the amount of time it can take to even talk to someone as they put you on a list when you enter sometimes to see someone and it can take quite some time. However, this is a popular location in a busy part of the county and I really can't say I expect them to have no customers there. I feel like when you get a representative they care about your concerns and are there to help you without any rush. Genuine and a good location. read more

I was convinced by this location that going into the store for service is a waste of time. Within 3 weeks of my upgrade my phone was inoperable due to water exposure. It was definitely on its last leg but then the straw landed! I entered the store and gave full disclosure of the events that led to my phone crisis and my intention to remain with Verizon and upgrade/renew my contract. I was helped by a young woman who after checking the system said that no upgrade could be considered until the exact date in the system and there were no other options available to me. She stated that I needed to contact customer service to try to negotiate an alternate plan. When I asked if she could facilitate the customer service contact she flatly said "No". I asked to speak with the manager and was given the same response. He also stated, "You can try to call customer service but they are just going to tell you that you have to turn it in to insurance since you have the protection plan." After asking to use their phone to contact customer service I was provided with phone access. Customer service was VERY HELPFUL and they went the extra mile. I explained my situation and they stated that they were glad I wanted to remain a customer and since I was so close to the upgrade date they would allow to move forward with upgrading. They also encouraged me to ask the store for a loaner phone while waiting on the new phone. I was told by the sales manager that they were all out of loaner phones During the conversation, the customer service rep asked for the model # on the phone that I would like to upgrade to. I walked over to a group of sales reps to get their assistance. They did not immediately notice me because they were engrossed in a conversation complaining about a recent customer interaction. This store needs to improve their customer service skills. When I asked if they could facilitate the customer service call they could have began the call for me and started the process. Although there may be corporate constraints on approving upgrades it takes only a moment to facilitate the customer connecting to the correct party to solve their concerns. The sales reps also need to be told that it is inappropriate to lean on the front desk during off-peak times and speak poorly about customers. Customers can be challenging but the complaining should be reserved for the stock room. An increase in loaner phone supply is also recommended. I am a busy professional mother with lots of hobbies and every little bit of good customer service helps to improve my life. I do not recommend this location simply because there are so many other options around or you could take care of your issue in the comfort of your own home/office by calling customer service. read more

This store was unwilling to help me with my account. They tried to pass the buck to someone else. I called Verizon directly and was told that this store should help me but when I called them they refused. I then called Verizon directly and told them that this store was very unwilling to help. Their response was that is ridiculous they should help you take care of your account. When Verizon tried to call them to take care of the situation their call was rerouted because they knew they were going to be reprimanded for not helping a customer. I don't know if they were discriminating against me but I did not appreciate their unproffessionalism. The Verizon agent I called then promptly took care of my situation. To start I do not even want to give this Verizon location a 1 but it's the only option. My wife and I went to the store on Friday 6/24 to inquire about upgrading our phones. We spoke with the sales rep, Brandon Burks. He offered us two new phones, the first being a upgrade qualifying us for a VR Headset for free. He pointed out that this was a father's day promotion that was extended until 6/26 but later stated that it was extended until 6/30 after he said he confirmed that the promotion was extended with his manager. The second a new line would qualify us for a free 32" Samsung smart TV. The deal was made and we scheduled to return to the store on 6/29. We also informed him that if my parents could get the same deal they would most likely be interested as well. He stated that he could complete the same deal for them as well. After confirming with my parents about the deal they confirmed that they wanted to do it as well. I called Brandon Burks and he stated that he would place the 4 Samsung Note 5 of our color choice on hold for us until our appointment on 6/29. The purchase and activation went smoothly other then the first issue of having out of pocket expenses of roughly $120 that was never discussed prior. We felt that this was wrong and misleading but we moved forward as did my parents on their account. He gave the sales receipts on the phones outlining how to go online to submit for our TV and VR. Before leaving the store he made a couple of statements that were concerning. One being that "he would deactivate our old number at a later date because he did want the _____ commission(govering body that deals with the cell phone industry) to say he was committing fraud". When I said what? He stated "giving you a new number for the TV" and laughed it off. As we had everything bagged up and ready to go he stated, " when you do the survey on my customer service only 9s and 10s are acceptable" Later that evening I submitted our request for the promotional give aways of the TV and VR for our account as well as my parents account. The trouble start soon after, our TV submission went well both accounts were completed and confirmation emails were received stating that the process would take 6 to 8 weeks. Next both request for the free VR'S were completed both were denied. Well I was going to finish this review but here the scope, Brandon Burks is a liar, his supervisor who wouldn't even give me his name is worthless instead of honoring the deal his employee made he called me, my father and my wife and liar before the coward kicked me out of the store. My father got his VR based on the online submission. I got mine after calling corporate. I will never use this store again. They lie, cheat, worst customer service and the manager is corrupt as " Hillary Clinton " . I will write another review if we have issues getting our TV"S read more

Verizon wireless has the WORST customer service! When my wife and mother-in-law went to renew our account in 2016 the Verizon representative recommended that we use Motorola phones, specifically Droid Maxx 2 for my wife and I while her mother received a different model. In march of 2017 my wife and I started having problems with the Droid Maxx 2. The phones will randomly power down and when we turn them on, all apps that were not pre-installed have been removed from the phone. In some cases we lose contacts, text messages, pictures and I'm sure I have missed something. They will remove any widgets from the homepage and all shortcuts, whether pre-installed or not. It took months to get customer service to admit that we had a problem and send us new phones...still Droid Maxx 2's. They continue to do the same thing, sometimes more than once a day. My wife has had hers replaced 3 times. They refuse to give us anything but a Droid Maxx 2 untill we have paid them off. They are only interested in taking our money, not making sure we have working phones. read more
