The people who haven't been replaced by AI and bots who work there (if you can find them) which is a whole journey in itself help a lot. Once I've hunted them down they are very nice and knowledgeable on how to find the things I'm looking for in the clothing and more jungle called Macy's. However, I love that Macy's has everything and I value what they provide. Would highly recommend shopping at Macy's.
