They were professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. They gave me a very fair price and did a wonderful job fixing my screen quickly. I left with a warranty, peace of mind and maybe most importantly, gratitude for kind people who care about and value other people and apply that care in their work. I will return for future repairs. There was absolutely no communication with me about my device until the day I was supposed to pick…read moreit up. The fix was supposed to take a day (we were going to pay extra for the faster fix), and were told a week AT MOST if we weren't going to pay extra. The fix was going to be $80 total. The reality was it took TWO MONTHS to get my device back and I was charged around $150. I had to call them multiple times, stuff always came up with them. I understand that things happen, but they never called us about our device. We always had to call them and there was always a new excuse as to why my device wasn't ready. This seems highly unprofessional and I do not recommend this place to fix your devices. What was supposed to be a simple HDMI cable fix turned out to be far more expensive and time consuming than it was worth. If this place is your only option to get a device fixed, I'd recommend to save your time and money and just buy a new device.

Ive had my same iPhone XR for about 5+ years now, and in that time i have broken the screen over 10 times. Every time it happened this was my go to place. I was charged no more than $100, and it only took about 15-30 minutes each time. Meanwhile other places were all charging a bit more, and said they would have to give them my phone for multiple days while they were fixing it. Wireless technologies is definitely a place i recommend! He does repairs on all types of tech too, not just phone. I plan on taking my laptop up there soon so he can fix an issue ive had with the charging port and battery on it. I will update my review on that once i bring it in.
