This is by far the BEST of the best when it comes to quick, affordable, and quality phone repairs! The man who owns/works at the place is very friendly and welcoming. Ive had my same iPhone XR for about 5+ years now, and in that time i have broken the screen over 10 times. Every time it happened this was my go to place. I was charged no more than $100, and it only took about 15-30 minutes each time. Meanwhile other places were all charging a bit more, and said they would have to give them my phone for multiple days while they were fixing it. Wireless technologies is definitely a place i recommend! He does repairs on all types of tech too, not just phone. In the 15years I've been going to Al I've never paid more than a c note for any phone out the door . Taking into consideration I am very anti apple haven't a clue how to use them. He goes above and beyond to save customers money , screen repair , water logged phones whatever your problem he can fix it. So let me tell you about my experience with the owner. So I broke my phone and needed to get it repaired. I was in a rush because I needed to access some accounts on my phone and I needed it fast. So I looked up this place and found they were open late and brought my phone to them to be repaired. When the gentlemen fixed the phone, I paid the total with no problem. It wasn't until about a couple of days later I got on my phone to take a selfie I noticed that the screen that was dirty and made my pictures blur. So I'm traveling and don't have time to go to the store. So I'm calling calling calling no answer. Finally get time to go get my phone fixed. Well, when I bring it to the owner tell him about my camera being dirty. I asked why he didn't clean it before he placed the new screen on. Which is what they normally do when you get a screen repaired. He states to me "Oh I didn't think about it and now I can't fix it". I asked, "How come you can't open the phone up and clean the camera".He says " I can't change the phone screen, Yes it's my fault that is dirty but I don't want to change the screen and open it up to fix it because the phone screen is sensitive. So now I can't use my phone for what I need which is pictures.and I getting a message after he changes the phone screen. I will post the picture below. My phone was near death and he gave it new life (cleaned and dried my waterlogged phone, installed a completely new iPhone front screen, restored audio/Face ID, and all at a reasonable price given how efficient and helpful he was). Brought my iPhone in to Wireless Tech with a screen that was no longer working. I had already run out of Apple warranty and Sprint is basically the worst so (they are no help). Anyway, went to Wireless in Clifton (by UC) & this place and my experience was super great. They saved me time/money and were super convenient. The guy who was working when I showed up was super nice, intelligent, experienced, and quick!! I was in and out in 30 min, my phone was fixed on the counter right in front of me, and the technician even kept me entertained with quality conversation while he fixed my phone! Love nice ppl providing an honest service! No BS. Couldn't be happier right now. Dropped my iPhone 5 in the sink this morning (whoops) and quickly pulled it out. Most of the phone still worked but a few features (network reception and the speakers) weren't functioning. A friend recommended this little shop next to UC's main campus and suggested that they could probably fix it for a fraction of the $200 Apple wanted to replace it. Well he was right, $42.60 fixed both problems in a little less than an hour. That's a DEAL. Friend also had his front screen replaced for $80, which is 1/2 the cost Apple will charge you. Very very upset about a situation that happened here. I had my iPhone 6 screen replaced here. There is a 30 day warranty on the screen. about 5 days after the 30 day "warranty" was expired, I noticed horizontal and vertical purple lines across my screen. There was also a gap between the phone and the screen. I brought it back to see what the guy could do for me. He said it's because I put pressure on the screen. I did not put pressure on the screen. He told me there is only a 30 day warranty and that he would not give me my money back or replace the screen. He told me he would give me another one half price and so I reluctantly said ok. As he was replacing it, the new screen he put on did the same thing. Then he took a screen off of what he claims was a brand new iPhone 6 and put it on, and it did the same thing. My old screen ended up going back on the phone, completely black. He told me it was my phone that was doing it to the screens that that I damaged two of his perfectly good screens. He then gave me a loaner phone (some random cheap phone) and told me to take it to the Apple store and if they say it was his mistake then he would pay for it. I went to the Apple store, they said that it was not a real iPhone screen because you can only get those from Apple or from an authorized Apple repair store. Upon them saying that I did notice a difference in the way the screen looked and felt after they changed the screen. They explained that they have a machine that once the screen goes on the phone, the machine calibrates the alignment of the screen and adheres the screen to the phone. I had to pay for the new screen at the Apple store, and there was nothing wrong with my phone. The man at Wireless Technologies unscrews the screens and whatever but he does not have the proper machinery to be sure it's on correctly. I came back to the store with the loaner phone and proof that it was in fact not my phone that was the issue but his lack of ability to put on a screen. There was a woman there, not him. I told her I didn't feel comfortable leaving the loaner phone with her because I wanted to give it back to him directly. She told me she could not handle my situation and to come back another day. She said "you do what you need to do." No customer service skills whatsoever. So this was a 4 hour ordeal that took me away from my job, a job in which I need my phone for. So I came back a few days later with my business partner as a witness and showed the paperwork to him and also explained the machine that Apple uses for phone screens. He told me that there is no machine, that it's a lie. He asked "why do I just trust Apple because they're Apple." Which makes no sense because he told me to go there and get proof. He told me that the paperwork was not enough and I needed to go look on youtube and see that people can change the screens themselves. What he doesn't understand (or is trying to hide) is that yes, a person can physically sit there with screwdrivers and put a screen on but that does not mean that it is done right and at a level in which the phone will operate properly or last. So after he told me multiple times that he still refuses to give me a refund, he told me he would pay me double if I can prove that Apple has a machine to put the screen on. So of course I did some research and I found articles explaining what the machine does and also had images of the machine. I also found that the purple lines are from an error in installing the new screen in a DIY method. I also found contact info for both of the authorized Apple repair stores that have the machine. I went back and showed him all of my findings and he told me that the machine doesn't do what he does OBVIOUSLY because he is doing it wrong! And so he told me he will not pay me double like he claimed because the machine doesn't actually put a screen on. And he asked if I saw the machine with my own two eyes and how they do it. Obviously I wouldn't have been able to because Apple doesn't let people in the back room! He kept changing his story so he didn't have to give me a refund. He kept telling me he refuses to have this conversation with someone who doesn't understand the business etc but honestly I understand it way better than he does, or he understands and is just trying to rip people off. He told me that he is a technician and I am not. I told him that I want to see his certifications to work on Apple products and he told me he doesn't have to show me anything, and that I'm the type of person who just wants proof and that's on me. Ok so he finally gave me a partial refund because a man came in saying that after having his screen replaced, the thumb sensor doesn't work. I said "this is exactly what I'm trying to say." He got cash out of the register and handed it to me. I think it's because he didn't want me to tell the other customer what he is up to. DO NOT GET YOUR IPHONE SCREEN REPLACED HERE.
