There was no communication at me at all stating the product was not working. After getting the item back, I inspected the unit and noticed the warranty sticker was tampered with on the screw of the gpu. The unit was then opened and noticed right away the gpu die and ram was taken out. This is why the gpu was 'defective' Do not do business with this shady company!
