I had something to return to Amazon that was too large for a drop off box. I came in to this store, and the friendly staff immediately offered their assistance. I needed a box, and without skipping a beat, the woman walked off and found the perfect size box at the "best price", she assured me. (I no doubt believed her, it was very affordable.) The very next week, I needed to ship something with tracking to send and receive the package back. They ran over the numbers of how much it would cost to send via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and where I could save the most money. SCORE! Because of my previous good experiences, when I had a large box of clothing to send- of course I took it back to the Box Place! Again, they did the work of finding out how much it would cost via all my different options, to save me money. It was great! Everytime I've been in here, the staff (no matter how busy) has been extremely friendly and gracious. There have always been others in the store that were chatting and seemably having a good time. The Box Place has a very welcoming atmosphere and is very helpful with all my shipping needs. In addition, there is a lot to look at and be amused by!

I don't know why I didn't give them five stars in my previous review. I've never had a problem and can't imagine what else I'd expect from my friendly neighborhood UPS folks. I've even had a couple nice drivers help shove large boxes in my home.

One time when I tried to discuss it with a driver, he almost ran me over. In the pursuing conversations with Rumpke supervisors, I was told not to speak with drivers because they are "not trained in customer service." Now once again, service personnel are refusing to take my recycling (three cardboard boxes and three plastic bottles), because they're not in a Rumpke can (they're in a separate green can clearly marked 'Recycling') despite my city paying for us to use cans beyond Rumpke's. Rumpke is bad value for what I pay in taxes, and we need more waste removal companies to break this arrogant monopoly.

This review is long overdue!…read more I've had a long period of immense grief losing a loved one to Covid-19. I was preparing for the funeral and called all around to have alterations done in such short notice. I spoke to LeeAnn who was kind enough to see if she could manage to help. She offered to reach out to a particular staff member who was working from home that day. I received a call back from LeeAnn confirming they could help me that same day. I arrived to their business location and witnessed her staff member come to meet me from driving in the snow! This business deserves every acknowledgment possible for their above & beyond services they provided. LeeAnn delivered excellent customer service to ensure my alteration requests were met, wrinkle free and ready for pickup next day. It meant so much to me to look my best for services and Deluxe Dry Cleaners made that possible! Customer service is the most important part of any business, I'd highly recommend this business whether you are local or just visiting in town as I was. Thank you so much!

You get personal attention versus at some of the big box stores where they usually leave you alone to figure stuff out. DO NOT GO HERE! I'm…read moreextremely disappointed with the service. My jacket was scorched, my pantsuit came back covered in lint balls and appeared to have been put in the washing machine, and my vest had spots on it. All of these items were practically new and had only been worn once. The young woman at the front desk was kind and professional, but the owner was dismissive when I raised my concerns. He waved his hand in my face, showed absolutely no care or concern for my clothing, and made no effort to resolve the damage even after I specifically expressed that I wanted my clothes fixed. There seems to be no care taken with customers' clothing or concern about how items are returned. When you trust a business with your clothes--especially nice or expensive pieces--you expect them to be handled properly and with care. I do NOT recommend bringing nice, new, or expensive clothing here. My items were only worn once and came back with damage and issues they did not have before. This is not a place I would trust with my clothes again. Choose a business that cares about your clothing, respects its customers, and takes responsibility for its work. No point of contacting the owner he is unprofessional.

Minutemann press Colerain Bill Farrell…read more9904 Colerain ave Cincinnati Ohio 45251 I had a disappointing experience with Minuteman Press regarding flag banners I purchased for my business. When I originally placed my order, I was told the banners came with a two-year guarantee. Unfortunately, the banners began fading within just five months. When I brought the issue to the owner's attention, he assured me he would make it right. Initially, I was told that replacement banners had been ordered and that the manufacturer was honoring the warranty. Later, I was given a different explanation: the manufacturer would only offer replacements at a discount, and there would be no further replacements. The owner then stated that he would absorb the cost himself. Although the banners were eventually replaced, the explanations changed along the way, and I was never shown the warranty documentation when I requested it. My biggest disappointment is not simply that the original banners faded prematurely. It is the lack of consistent communication and transparency throughout the process. I also found it difficult to get a phone call or have a meaningful conversation to resolve my concerns. I appreciate that the banners were ultimately replaced, and I want to acknowledge that. However, the way the situation was handled left me feeling that my business and my concerns were not given the attention they deserved. As a business owner myself, I believe that clear communication, transparency, and standing behind what is promised are essential to building customer trust. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations.
