I had a simple drop-off situation but the people ahead of me had some complex returning situation and the people working there were way more patient about it than I probably would have been. This location also has lots of packing stuff, some office supplies and printer type stuff. It's also conveniently located near a Half Price books and other shopping destinations, so it's not out of the way if you have things to do. AND they're open every day of the week! I love that.

Do not use this shipping services if you are outside the US. I am in Montreal Canada and bought a…read more5k military artifact at Hindman's auction. Hindman referred me to this shipper. So I paid this company $350 for UPS shipping. Once they received my money they stopped communicating and then I called UPS and UPS told me the company had paid $28 to ship the artifact UPS "Standard" without insurance no customs paperwork for UPS and pocketed the rest of the $350. Completely unprofessional.
