Due to the Columbus day holiday it slowed things down and I did finally receive the document 2 days ago. However the Notary part was not done correctly with the correct name. I've never had to wait longer than 15-20 minutes. This is a huge change of pace from the Belleville, IL DMV. If you don't get there right when they open, you'll be waiting for hours. It's awful! The employees are always very friendly and helpful here and they even have their own ATM for all of your vehicle needs!
