When I originally placed my order, I was told the banners came with a two-year guarantee. Unfortunately, the banners began fading within just five months. When I brought the issue to the owner's attention, he assured me he would make it right. Initially, I was told that replacement banners had been ordered and that the manufacturer was honoring the warranty. Later, I was given a different explanation: the manufacturer would only offer replacements at a discount, and there would be no further replacements. The owner then stated that he would absorb the cost himself. Although the banners were eventually replaced, the explanations changed along the way, and I was never shown the warranty documentation when I requested it. My biggest disappointment is not simply that the original banners faded prematurely. It is the lack of consistent communication and transparency throughout the process. I also found it difficult to get a phone call or have a meaningful conversation to resolve my concerns. I appreciate that the banners were ultimately replaced, and I want to acknowledge that. However, the way the situation was handled left me feeling that my business and my concerns were not given the attention they deserved. As a business owner myself, I believe that clear communication, transparency, and standing behind what is promised are essential to building customer trust. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations.

The print job was ready for pickup the following morning. The girl I worked with, Emma, was SO kind and helpful. I plan to get much more printing done here in the future. The business has a good size parking lot with plenty of space to easily navigate. The inside of the business is warm and fun. They have a huge display of all of the different items they can customize.

I had something to return to Amazon that was too large for a drop off box. I came in to this store, and the friendly staff immediately offered their assistance. I needed a box, and without skipping a beat, the woman walked off and found the perfect size box at the "best price", she assured me. (I no doubt believed her, it was very affordable.) The very next week, I needed to ship something with tracking to send and receive the package back. They ran over the numbers of how much it would cost to send via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and where I could save the most money. SCORE! Because of my previous good experiences, when I had a large box of clothing to send- of course I took it back to the Box Place! Again, they did the work of finding out how much it would cost via all my different options, to save me money. It was great! Everytime I've been in here, the staff (no matter how busy) has been extremely friendly and gracious. There have always been others in the store that were chatting and seemably having a good time. The Box Place has a very welcoming atmosphere and is very helpful with all my shipping needs. In addition, there is a lot to look at and be amused by!

I was preparing for the funeral and called all around to have alterations done in such short notice. I spoke to LeeAnn who was kind enough to see if she could manage to help. She offered to reach out to a particular staff member who was working from home that day. I received a call back from LeeAnn confirming they could help me that same day. I arrived to their business location and witnessed her staff member come to meet me from driving in the snow! This business deserves every acknowledgment possible for their above & beyond services they provided. LeeAnn delivered excellent customer service to ensure my alteration requests were met, wrinkle free and ready for pickup next day. It meant so much to me to look my best for services and Deluxe Dry Cleaners made that possible! It's not worth it and then when I asked for a refund we were supposed to go month-to-month they don't do refunds this company is a fraud they get rich while you spend $150 of lead and I only charge $90 for the service

I had horrible experiences, and wanted to tell them to jump off a bridge. My boyfriend however, has Verizon and really likes the service. We went to this retailer the other day because he was having issues with his phone, and I must say, despite my general thoughts of the company itself, the staff here were awesome. There wasn't a very long wait, the building was clean and looked very nice, both inside and out. His sales person was both professional and courteous. He gave us his honest opinion on everything, and even gave us a discount with the Yelp coupon that comes up when you check in without hassle. I expressed my concern that my sweetie's bill seemed pretty high, (even though I am not on the plan and it's none of my business...) and he listened to my concerns and checked into the problem. He changed a few things and my boyfriend ended up with a newer phone and a cheaper monthly bill. He was happy, I was happy. I hoped to be able to get the store associate Greg to help me. Greg made sure he understood my problem and was able to restore all my apps and links! Greg was so friendly and helpful. Greg has also fixed some issues with my phones previously. I value his knowledge and service so much that I would be willing to wait for him to be available if I need help or advice about cell phones in the future.
