I went to this UPS Store this morning to get a document notarized. The employee was initially able to notarize the document, and everything seemed fine. However, when I went to the State of Maryland office to get the document certified/apostilled, the state employee informed me that the notarization was done incorrectly because the notary stamp listed Howard County even though the notarization took place in Prince George's County at the Greenbelt UPS Store. I was told I needed to return to the notary for it to be corrected, so I went back to the store to clarify the issue. Instead of trying to understand the concern or calmly explain the situation, the employee became defensive, hostile, and dismissive while I was simply asking questions to better understand what happened. As a customer, I was genuinely confused and trying to understand who was correct, the Maryland state employee or the UPS employee/notary, but the employee's attitude escalated the situation unnecessarily. He became combative when I started asking questions to better understand the situation, and as a woman I immediately began to feel unsafe and uncomfortable around this employee because of his tone, attitude, and overall behavior. There was no professionalism, no attempt to de-escalate, and no customer service whatsoever. The tone was rude, disrespectful, and confrontational from the moment I asked questions about the issue. I even attempted to calm the conversation down myself, but it became difficult and I ultimately had to leave the store without any resolution. I will absolutely not be returning to this UPS Store or any UPS Store again. Please train your employees and managers better on customer service, de-escalation, and how to communicate respectfully with customers who are simply trying to resolve an issue. read more

This location was great. It's probably the most cleanest location I've experienced. Everything inside is neatly stocked and on display. The staff were friendly and helpful. I went to ship a package to a family member. It was quick and easy. There is ample parking in front as it's located in a large plaza. I would recommend this UPS for your shipping needs. read more

I come here often to drop off packages and to pick up packages. Customer service is always great and even though there are lines sometimes they move quick. The stores always clean and the employees behind the counter are always friendly. The only one thing is there's always a young man out in front of the store soliciting so every time you come to the store he's right there all the time. read more

Have gotten passport pics taken here and done Amazon returns at this location. It's always a smooth transaction, although I had to deduct a point due to an unnecessary return trip made because one employee told me I had to pay extra for a box to repackage a returned product that was already in the box it was shipped in. She claimed it had to be in the immediate packaging, which I had thrown away. Lo and behold, I return the next day to pay the $14.95 for a box to place in the shipping box, and am told by employee #2 that everything was fine. I don't know who was right or wrong, but saving $$ will always be right in my book. Great store, nevertheless. read more

The service at this location is always really good. I can walk in with an unaddressed package and have it weighed, addressed, and shipped within 5 minutes. Even on busy days the staff gets the line moving. My interactions with the manager and other employees are always top notch. This location is my go-to and I hope they don't leave the shopping center anytime soon. read more

John was polite and efficient; I had less than one minute wait time even though two customers with multiple packages walked in ahead of me. This place is great. The customer service is always on point. I really like how they greet you when you walk in, even if they're already helping another customer. As far as UPS Stores go, usually you would think it's a simple in and out. Drop off a package. Get the typical "have a nice day" and be on your way.... But this place just has a friendlier feel to it. I went to this location today and the gentleman was very nice. I appreciate that they offer a tracking receipt without having to ask for one. I went to this store to drop off a return label item. Turns out I was at the wrong store. I was suppose to be at USPS. The employee didn't have a name tag. But maybe Asian decent. Man when I tell you he went above and beyond. Taped my package and put my return label in a nice sea and then Taped that too. I was like damn. You did all that and Im at the wrong place. I rarely give 5 star reviews, but for customer service alone, this is an easy 5 star review. I have been coming here for a few years now, ever since they were at the old location, down the road. I am THRILLED that they are now 5 minutes away from me! Staff ALWAYS greets you, no matter how long the line is. And yes, sometimes you need to be patient, bc the line is long, but they offer individualized attention to everyone and wil not rush you just to call the next person. So you can ask your questions, get knowledgeable answers, without feeling rushed! They will acknowlege anyone waiting and say, "Sorry for your wait, I'll be right with you." Such simple things right? But you wouldn't think they were so easy based on the businesses in PG that do NOT greet or thank the customer! Don't have a label and need to mail something back? No problem, as long as you can pull up the barccode from your phone, they wil print it out and seal up your package with a smile. Upon closing up your transaction, they actually thank you for coming! (You will never EVER find this kind of friendly, helpful service in the USPS.) I have also had several packages mailed here and there was no fee. I don't know if that has changed, but I've never had a problem with them locating my packages. They are super organized, unlike USPS. Finally, if you need a notary, they do that too! If I could give zero stars I would have. Paid to have medical items shipped by this location and the customer service person stuck her gloves hand, the same glove she had just used to operate her POS and handle money, that contaminated glove in my box and started rifling through my contents. I asked her to take her hand out of my box and seal it up and she stated she was pushing down my contents so she could cut my box. I never requested my box be cut or my contents contaminated. I had to take my previously clean items back home to disinfect them. Did anyone send this location the memo? We are trying NOT to pass around germs right now. Ugh. If you use this location bring your sanitizer, they aren't using any discretion. I've been shipping packages with UPS over 25 years and NEVER HAD ANYONE STICK THEIR HAND INSIDE MY PACKAGE FOR ANY REASON. I will tell everyone I know to avoid UPS Store in Greenbelt MD. read more

For the most part, the staff is friendly and quick to process the packages I drop off. However, I came in recently and the person at the counter didn't say a single word to me. Granted, he was on the phone half the time assisting other customers, but he didn't greet me, didn't apologize for keeping me waiting while he was on the phone, and said nothing when I said "thank you". They received one of my packages and signed for it, and later that day when the second one came they not only rejected it, but sent the other one with it. it was sent from UPS to UPS for easy pick up, and you would have though that if they don't do this like fed ex does then someone would have said something to the shipper? NOPE. No point to use them or any UPS. Might as well use FED EX because they also wanted me to pay 15 dollars while they hold them for the day. Honestly if they would have I would have paid the 30 dollars to get my packages versus having them resent, and getting them now in 2 weeks if I am lucky read more
