This is the only shipping store that I use. Ms. Kamal is so amazingly nice. She invariably gives me something free every time I go in there. The store itself is packed with wonderful knickknacks, cards, all kinds of stuff. A whole host of packing supplies too. There is always something in there that I love. I started going here because it was convenient for me at the time, but even though I live a bit out of the way, I still come here. It's wonderful to go to a place where she already has all of my frequently-shipped-to addresses. Ms. Kamal is so warm and friendly. She always has a ready smile for me when I come in. Just got duped for 20$ extra charges to ship a envelope by DHL. I originally went there to get a document notarized. Lady at friend desk asked me if it was my first time there and also said they do shipping at same rates as normal DHL. She gave me a quote for 96$ for international shipping which is just $77 even they pick the package from your home. I asked her why your shipping price is so high she said DHL/FedEx recently raised their rates (which is a lie) I just checked with them. Don't get duped like me and only ship from authentic DHL and FedEx locations. read more

This location is under new management since July and the owners are very nice professional competent owners. Dropped off a package for FedEx on a Monday already labeled and ready to go. Kept checking tracking and package never moved. Called Parcel Plus two days later and the woman who answered the phone was rude and told me to take it up with FedEx!! She was completely unwilling to help me and wouldn't even look for my package. I should've read the other reviews before entrusting my packages with this place, but I hope others won't make the same mistake. ***It's worth driving the two extra miles to an actual UPS facility to have it scanned in so you can track and file a claim should it go missing.*** I dropped off two very large packages with pre-printed UPS labels, but only one made it to the destination. They conveniently refuse to give confirmation that a package was left with them. I honestly have no idea how you could loose a package that was the size of an extra large home depot box, but they managed, and I'm out $500 with no recourse. read more

Terrible experience. The owner rudely told me my package needed to be taped before I brought it in to the store. She condescendingly implied I buy a roll of tape. I told her I knew where to buy tape and I was more than happy to pay for the box to be taped. I thought that taping packages was a part of the shipping industry but I guess not?....She ended up telling me to leave. I took my package back because I did not trust her with it. Next time I will go to literally any other shipping store that can tape a box. read more

She worked with me in every way imaginable and offered suggestions on how to ship my belongings. Unfortunately, due to my lack of shipping experience and to a degree, UPS, the contents of one container was damaged. This dear woman started working on my claim immediately until I decided not to pursue the claim with UPS. By the way, her shop has intriguing and beautiful items as well. Unsure why people had bad experiences before, but that has not and was not the case for us - and we've lived in the area since 2012. THIEVES AND LIARS I went by to ship a small box via UPS from Maryland to New Jersey via UPS. The lady says "you can't ship that via UPS ground. It would be destroyed. You have to ship it UPS next day air. It only costs a few $$ more". Then she says it is $29. I say wow - how much is regular ground? She says "$26". Turns out regular ground was $11.04. I checked. So they are lying about the price of shipping. I can only think about my Mom walking into this place to ship something and getting royally ripped off. DO NOT GO IN THE DOOR!!!!! I desperately needed to have a document notarized in a timely manner, and Parcel Plus delivered. The first time I called to confirm notary service there was no answer, and I was concerned that the store was closed. Then I called again, and a very helpful person (who I later found out was the owner) pleasantly and professionally confirmed the exact notary service I needed and the time notary service ends for the day. When I drove to Parcel Plus, the store was busy and the owner was the only one available at the time. Instead of seeming frazzled and upset that she actually had paying customers, she was polite, detailed, and provided helpful information not only to me but other patrons. After my document was notarized, and she even made an additional copy to demonstrate how a properly embossed notary should be penciled over if one is faxing the document, she insisted that I not pay for the copies only the notary service because I waited in line on a busy day. Although the place was busy, she handled herself BY HERSELF well. I would go back and I highly recommend it. read more

had to ship a folder here today but it didn't go as smoothly as I thought. the cashier was very nice and helpful but he kept having to ask me about a letter in the address I had written. then he asked for a phone number for whom I was shipping it to. it happened to be a prison address and that was clearly written on the envelope. he had to ask another coworker about it. then when I made the transaction he claimed the machine was out of paper which it wasn't. just jammed. so my whole experience was about 15-20 minutes when it should have been 5. read more

Do not use this store! My son sent me a 12 lb box - Fed Ex second day. They charged him $81.36 - plus insurance, proof of delivery signature, packing box, packing charge for a grand total of $106.72. I called Fed Ex and their second day shipping would have cost $49.20 - which included ins, proof of delivery & fuel charges. I called the store to dispute this high charge & they were rude.
