One of the staff approached me immediately, helped me do the scan, printed the label, and said he would take it from there. I only had to spend a few minutes there because of this great service. I has to ship something back that I bought online and amazon told me to find the fedex. So I found it on tech road. I like this little area because it reminds me of something from Nj a bunch of chain casual and fast casual restaurants. Chic fil a, panera bread, ihop, Fridays, 7-11, pot belly, and even a five guys. When I say this is the chain restaurant capital of Silver Spring believe me. Either way the place was really cool and the employees at this location were very helpful. If you need help and have something to ship go to this fedex it has its own parking lot and cool places to grab a bite. read more

I've shipped dozens of packages at this FedEx location. The store itself is in an extremely busy shopping center near tons of restaurants and businesses. Forget about parking during lunch time; you will lose your sanity. There are a few 20-minute spots in front of the store but are usually occupied, even during nonbusy hours. The customer service is really lacking here, partly because it is short-staffed and partly because the staff just don't seem to care. The service is slow, unfriendly, and generally poor. The manager is erratic and strange and has different temperaments on different days---some days he acknowledges right away and accepts my prepaid package; other days I'm waiting in line without acknowledgment. read more

Took a passport photo for my baby. I asked repeatedly, are you sure this is going to be accepted? I was assured it would be. It was rejected later that day at the passport center. But here's the best part--after that I went to the nearest fedex in Greenbelt to have it redone. Told them what happened and that it had to be perfect this time--oh sure of course, we understand. That one was rejected too. I dragged my infant all around town for the entire afternoon ALL because fedex was too inept TWICE to perform a service it advertises for. Thanks guys. The FedEx Office on Tech Rd in Silver Spring MD is useless. They just let the customer stand there for 10 minutes while they are checking in packages. They certainly can do that after they take care of the customers. Avoid this Place! read more

This place is absolutely terrible. They have the worst service and it takes forever. I should have just gone to usps. It was in this place for an hour and they only had one person working. People were literally walking in and walking out. I think I may never go to this place again I am so scarred from this experience altogether. read more

I've never had a bad experience here. Sure the wait can take a little longer than expected but that's because it's either this fedex or the one downtown Silver Spring. The staff is always really helpful and efficient. I ship out of this store more often than any other store or delivery service, mainly because of their attitude and reliability. read more

I came to ship two packages and the lady who was helping me was really sweet asked for an ID. I asked her why I never showed an ID to ship anything so she asked her manager and her manager said yes one is needed. Je did not come over and apologize at all in fact he seems like a real jerk the way he was talking to her. They won't get any of our business we ship a lot of products throughout the country and my business partner wanted to try FedEx never again I'm sticking to UPS read more

Treanna SAVED my life. I had a super rush job, and it was VERY, VERY last minute. When I called Kinkos midday, I got a very nice woman on the other end of the phone. I told her what was going on, she told me to just send her the job via email and she would take care of it right away. The job was for an event that was taking place the next morning. I was suppose to pick up the item that evening. Well, Life happens. My son got sick and I went straight home. The next morning, knowing I had this huge event, I was literally stalking Kinkos before the doors opened. Treanna happened to open the store this morning, and had my order ready to go. I told her that I needed to thank the nice lady who helped me the day before, because I didn't even ask her name in my haste. She told me that she was the one. I should have known, because the personality was the same. She is SUPER helpful and very friendly. This will always be my go-to kinkos. Thank you Treanna! read more

If I come into your facility first thing in the morning and I am the ONLY customer and you don't greet me or ask if you can assist me and then you sell me an envelope that I don't need AFTER I've written an address on it AND after you've FINALLY asked me what I "want" and I tell you that I'm Fed Ex'ing something (and an envelope is provided), you aren't going to win me over as a customer when there is another FedEx Center equidistant to my home in another direction. This is a realistic review rating- yes they are good and I have nothing to gain by saying it! First: this is a busy place, but less so than the Colesville Post Office- Faster for sure! Second: they are a full service print center capable of large architectural drawings and have internet stations Third: I am in business, easily obtained an online account and just drop off/why wait? Print & Ship! But if I do need help I have never received poor service- just keep in mind the usual noon time parking hassles Still, it is faster to come here than wait at the Post Office or hike to the UPS; neither of which will offer the range of printing services (or internet access) I occasionally need. My phone can't do everything (yet!). read more

Dont understand all the negative reviews. Something must have changed because I have great service EACH AND EVERY single time I visit here. The staff is very polite. The one shorter girl working is very courteous. However this review relates to the Hispanic woman who was very kind to seal and secure the package I was mailing and provide me addt'l info. Watch out, the owner is a scam artist. First they were out of the boxes they advertised, so they used to two boxes to construct a custom box and then charged me extra for that without telling me. Then the owner nearly doubled the original price I was initially quoted to ship my item. Needless to say, I had him take it out of the box and plan on shipping it using good old U.S. mail. read more

Went to Fed EX today at 1PM and was out by 1:20. The manager Doug was friendly and helpful. There was 1 person before me but he helped me get started with paperwork while the other customer was filling out paperwork. I ship a lot via USPS and found this to be quick and efficient. read more
