This place is small but very complete in a sense if their service. They provide all kind of services from fax, email, print, key copy, parcel, usps, fedex, private mail box amd so much more, extremly handsy when you have paper work and dont have the equipment . Their price is also pretty good a little to the expansive side but totally worth it since they get things done in no time. Highly recommend this place read more

I showed up a half an hour before they were closing, and the guy literally turned the open sign to closed as we were walking up to the door. (He saw us and talked to us through the glass) You think because they were closing a half an hour early, and there was customers at the door.. you would let them in. Nope! this guy told us he was closing. Horrible staff. I looked through the window since we couldn't go in and it definitely looked like a corner store in dc. If you want to get tobacco or fake purses this is your place to go to, but for mailing packages, I don't think so. They charge too much. You'd be better off going straight to the company that you're using. There's a FedEx and a UPS literally four minutes around the corner. Don't waste your time with this place and save yourself some money, and time read more

Parcel Etc - I put my phone against the windows since they closed early but as you can see they don't sell packing materials to ship. - Notaries Near Me - Silver Spring, Maryland

Got a spam robocall from this establishment today that started out with "this is an important call for our members. To hear more, press 2." I am neither a "member" nor a customer. In fact, I don't even live in the region where this establishment is located. Sounds like a place you might want to avoid. I know I will! read more

Shipped an international FedEx parcel through this business last year in September. Paid the maximum fee for the parcel to be delivered in a week. The parcel did not reach its destination for nearly 5 weeks. FedEx customer care informed me that the business did not include the necessary paperwork with the parcel and also the recipient address was missing from the computer record. FedEx told me that I am eligible for a refund and should ask the business for the same. I contacted Heyab from this business in January for a refund. Since then, he has been telling me that he is in contact with FedEx for my refund. After taking me round and round for 11 months, he tells me that "even though I am eligible for refund, FedEx will not be refunding me". What is the basis of this unsubstantiated claim? I contacted Heyab many times but he will respond to me once in many months and will tell me that he is in touch with FedEx. FedEx told me that it is the responsibility of the business to refund the customer because they messed it up. I have decided to file a complaint against this unprofessional behavior. This place has poor quality and zero professional service. I used to go to this place regularly but now I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Dropped off an envelope and was charged more than the USPS rate. Also, when it got to its destination, the contents were missing. I'd avoid this place at all costs if I were you. read more

I had a couple of Fedex packages to drop off and was looking for a location in my neighborhood. Of course I checked Yelp ‍and this location popped up as the closest. Pulled up and removed my packages, with pre-paid labels, from the car. I pushed the button and waited for assistance. A gentleman came from the back, I explained why I was there and slid my packages towards him. He then started ringing up the register and told me there was a charge to drop off my packages at his location. This isn't my first time doing this...I'm used to handing over my packages, having them scanned and receiving a receipt so I asked if this was this a FedEx policy? I never received an answer and was only told if I wanted to drop of my packages at his store I had to pay a fee for each package. It wasn't a lot of money, but I've already paid FedEx so why do I have to pay additional fees?? No thank you, found a location near work and managed to drop off of my packages at no additional charge. read more

The place charge me $1.00 just to tape a box to ship with ups. And charge me .50 to mail a package that already has a postage stamp on it. Do not use their service. He over charge you. And he charge you for everything. read more

I just stopped by here to send 2 small UPS packages that already have the postage paid labels on them. The store is crowded with crazy knock-off merchandise and the guy told me it would be $.50 each to send my packages for me. I have never heard of this before at any UPS location. I took my packages and left and am still in the parking lot writing this. I never write reviews, but this incredibly poor customer service and attitude inspired me to write. read more

They're friendly, helpful, affordable. They remember me when I come in. I'm renting a mail box. They have 6 and 12 month terms, but there's no savings on the longer term, so I picked the shorter. read more

First of all it's absolutely ridiculous that a receipt is not offered when postage is already paid on a package. I was told to take a picture of the tracking number to keep for my records. Then it took nearly 36 hours for my package to show up as scanned in the FedEx system which almost made me incur a late fee for a returned item. Called the store and they could not offer a good explanation as to why. I can see if I dropped my package off after the FedEx drop-off time but it was before noon. Never again will I use your services. read more

No wonder this place is so empty. I just tried dropping off a package to ship for UPS. I used to come here a lot back in the day to drop off packages and they never charged a penny. This place wanted to charge me $.50 for dropping it off. I have been to many other shipping stores and they have never charged for dropping off a package. They must have changed management or something...... When you go inside of this place it looks ridiculous . it looks like a damn 7-Eleven. Seems kind of petty to charge a small amount for dropping a package off especially if you're trying to earn peoples business. Doesn't seem like good business practice. I understand they may not be making money off of a pre-paid package drop-off but if I ever wanted to use this place to take care of my shipping needs in the future I definitely would not consider this establishment at all. Stay away . ! read more

I arrived just five minutes before closing. They made a key for me without complaint. Price was very reasonable. Another time, I dropped off a prepaid package for UPS pickup ... they thanked me even though they made no money on the transaction. Nice to have this business in my neighborhood read more

We have been using them to receive our packages for several years. We find them very professional and very accommodating. We recommend them 100%. They have had to hold our package for several days and have always done it without complaint. We find that their rates are very reasonable when compared with other locations. We have never had a promise with receiving any packages from them. read more

Very nice owner (I'm guessing). He is happy to take any UPS/FedEx items and they will be mailed. very convenient location for me. Also has a variety of items for sale in store that aren't necessarily for shipping. fun to browse. read more

Tried to add additional charge for package drop-off (when postage already paid and label attached, ready to go). The charge was minimal ($0.50), but I've never seen anyone try to charge for a simple drop-off. Also I didn't have any cash on me and they wouldn't accept any other payment... so for $0.50 my presumably easy shipping experience actually turned into a pretty big inconvenience. Won't be back. read more

A few Christmases ago I used this location to ship a box of presents to my parents. I had weighed and measured the box from home and input the info into the online shipping calculator. The price was reasonable, but when I got the box to Parcel Etc, my shipping cost was calculated to be way more expensive (over $27). I'm not normally one to rock the boat, but I did question the expense, letting them know the online calculations said it would be much cheaper. The man behind the counter was very vague and evasive, offering on explanation whatsoever. I was watching very carefully to see how much postage was stamped on the actual label, but as soon as he printed it up, he slapped it on the box and whisked it away, so I was never able to see it. I asked my mom when the box arrived to tell me what the shipping cost in the corner of the label said....it was just over $10....so there was a ridiculous mark-up...and they didnt do any packaging or taping or anything...my box was completely ready to go. I understand they have to make SOME money off their customers to stay in business, but charging me an additional $17 for merely accepting my box, when getting it delivered half way across the country only cost me $10??? Well, that cost Parcel Etc a customer, for sure. read more
