Sent out several request and flash delivery service responded first both with an email and a phone call. Immediately called back and spoke with the very professional employee. She explained how the service would work and that their courier would pick up the tuxedo from within the hotel and hand deliver it to the rental store. Total was about $60. Received the link to submit payment. Being an anal retentive, I phoned her afterwards to once again review that the time had to be after 11 AM and request the name of the courier so I can inform the Hotel. She was able to oblige both. when I landed back in Boston, I had received an email confirming completion of a delivery. Again being a bit of a control freak I phoned the rental store and they confirm they had received the tuxedo. Really great service, really smooth and professional would highly recommend them. Uber may be cheaper, but they're not going to leave the car see you would need to arrange for someone to bring your item to the car and then retriever from the car at the destination.

Lasership's virtual assistant says: " Contact the shipper. The shipper says Lasership has marked your package as delivered; please get in touch with Lasership. Lasership says we will investigate. Lasership says the package has been delivered. I contact the shipper again: "Sorry, we can't help." I contacted Lasership - It's too far from the delivery to investigate. Case Closed! I have an email from an apartment complex saying my packages keep coming there, despite the address on the package not matching the delivered address.

I then go to the chat feature thinking I would get a live agent it's still Ai. It cannot tell me anything about what is needed to correct the issue. I tried many of the prompts but of course idk what it needs me to do. I finally put in directions for the delivery person and my address again and get a confirmation saying the system will send the instructions to the delivery person and also someone would get back to me in 2 days. It's Friday and after 45 minutes of my time trying to get help I expect not to hear anything until Monday. Then here it is on Sunday evening at 6:49p I get a message saying my package is out for delivery. I don't see anything around 9 so I check the tracking again and it says the same thing about needing to contact them within 3 days because my address is incomplete. ATP their delivery person works when they want and my package is probably sitting in someone's musty trunk until they feel like getting it to me. I'm highly upset. This company needs to actually hire ppl that works for them directly or just go out of business. This level of service is unacceptable!!
