    The staff is really nice. I am greeted by name when I enter the store. I love that I can check my mailbox anytime by using my own key.

    Stopped by 11/3/17 used my $10.00 coupon to purchase a 2018 business appointment/ date book …read more I was also looking for a particular type of plastic file folder and another type folder I normally buy on line . The guy was SUPER helpful and very nice ! I'm a Realtor and we had a nice chat about that too . He helped me find the second item but the other item is only available on line . Him and his manager said I could order in the store and have delivered to the store so I could avoid shipping charges . I politely tried to return an Amazon item, on April 25, 2026, and was greeted very rudely by a girl at the drop off counter, under the UPS sign. Instead of asking for the package, she demanded I give it to her. When I asked for more information about the return process, since that was my first time doing it, I was given very minimal details, was met with a very dismissive attitude, and she walked off. I called in shortly, thereafter, to speak to a manager, and I was immediately hung up on. There was a second girl too with short hair, that was extremely rude to me. All the employees at the Front need to be retrained on proper customer service. Terrible. This Staples location should be avoided at all costs.

    It feels silly to review a FedEx Ship Center, but they tend to vary in service, so I suppose it's…read morebeneficial. For such a hub of shipping activity, this location is run well. I drop off packages for work now and then, and just recently had to visit quite a few times to ship boxes for Christmas. I always print out labels at home, so when I come in, I make sure an employee sees me and directs me where to drop my boxes. They scan them quickly after I leave, with is always a source of relief for me, and there never seems to be much of a line. Pleasant dealing with them.

This shipment was extremely important, yet after multiple calls from both myself and my mother, we still cannot get proper follow-up or accountability from customer service. At this point, we have had to investigate and search for the package ourselves. We located the home where it appears to have been delivered, but the residents are not answering the door or responding to notes left behind. Customers should not have to play detective to recover packages that FedEx failed to deliver correctly. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, urgency, and accountability afterward has been unacceptable. We trusted FedEx with an important delivery and were left completely unsupported when things went wrong.

    This company gets a 0. They are EXTORTIONISTS and SCAMMERS!! I first inquired about shipping rates…read morethrough email. I received a call back from who I believe is the owner or manager over the phone he asked me to send pictures which I did. i explained I need this transaction to be no more than $1000.00 and I was assured by him it wouldn't be more than $1500. I explained that if we needed to remove some items to keep the cost low we would be willing to do so. Knowing my budget was of great concern he explained once he had eyes on the items at the storage facility he would give a more accurate price quote. He then told that There was a shipment going out in two days and he would like to have my items on that ship. My initial response was that is such short notice I don't think I can do that. His response was he would give me a 10% discount if I were to make that shipping date. I then agreed to have my items ready for pick up on that Sunday Sept. 14th (we were on the call that Friday evening Sept. 12th). I was able to scramble and arrange to have my items ready for this two day notice pickup. They came to pick up the items however the representative was not there to confirm the cost as I did not receive a call from him as he promised. He purposely was not there so he did not want to give me a price. If he had quoted me $2869 of course I would have said NO and went with a different company. He waited till they had my items in their possession. This is when all the foolishness took place. I received a call on Monday from the office stating that my invoice was ready and they had sent pictures of the items wrapped up on pallets. To my utter disbelief the invoice was $2869. I told the woman on the phone That is not what we spoke about on the phone, your rep. said it would be no more than $1500. She said no and that if I wanted I could pay the rest in two weeks. I told her I don't have that all I have is $1500 and she said she would take that payment. I didn't understand what was happening so I reluctantly agreed. This company is trying to extort me by holding the items and demanding more money than what was originally discussed. I was taken advantage of me they knew I had a budget but still tried to squeeze money out of me. They are current holding my items hostage at the shipping yard in Jamaica 10/8.
