I had a package scheduled to be delivered on Sunday, January 24, 2021, by UPS sure post, according to the tracking number. I didn't want UPS to give the package to the post office, because that usually means that I have to wait at least another 3 days for the package to arrive. Therefore, I went onto the UPSmychoice website to upgrade to UPS premium for an annual fee of 19.99. Today is Monday the 25th and I still haven't received the package. I tracked it again and the tracker online said the package was delivered on January 7th, which is impossible, because the item wasn't even ordered until the 21st. I also see that the annual $19.99 charge for UPS Premium is pending TWICE to come out of my bank account. I called UPS and the robot gave me an option for them to call me back, which I accepted and they returned my call within 10 minutes. The lady said that I have to wait until my package is delivered before I can ask for a refund, since the amount hasn't actually come out of my account. It is only pending to come out and won't come out until after the package is delivered. I asked when the package would be delivered. She replied, "the 27th." I asked why did my upgrading to premium cause the package to be delivered on the 27th, instead of the 24th, which was when it was scheduled to be delivered before I upgraded. She couldn't answer that question, but told me that I could call after the package was delivered and someone would work out my problem at that time. read more

Love going here. If you're looking for a shipping box of a specific size (long/thin/etc), this is a great place to look. I sell a lot online and this is my favorite place to go to for dropping off packages or getting supplies. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Absolutely inexcusable. Unlike other FedEx and UPS shipping centers this place packs on additional fees. I stopped in to drop off a pre-paid FedEx envelope and they wanted to charge extra. I went elsewhere and you should too. I called FedEx and filed a complaint. read more

So me went to Parcel Express in Corridor Market Place in Laurel and this Man told me my package weighed 30lbs. He charged me 39.58 to ship Fedex two day ground home delivery to Miami..... Upon tracking the package on FedEx it says the package weighed 16 lbs, a whopping difference of 14lbs.....So me call FedEx tell it costs 18.58 to ship a 16lbs package to Miami...This is really deceptive, greesy, slimy stuff....I would NOT use this establishment in the near Future...I also Would NOT recommend it to my Friends and Family....The store was a 100% Better under the previous management....This new Man is CLUELESS#Metinksaymegonecall7onyourside read more
