And it was so quick and easy, I think I was in and out in 10 minutes! I needed a physical fingerprint card which cost $25 and you get 2 cards. Scott was very friendly, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I will not be going anywhere else to be fingerprinted ever again!

Some of these young low seniority employees at this place are pitiful. One day, if they don't get fired first, they will have the seniority, maturity and seriously care about the level of service they provide. They would then have the ability to choose a better work location. I'd have an attitude and scheme to avoid my work as well if I worked in a warm raisin box 5-6 days a week. You must crawl before you walk. Some folks really know the reason they're working for the USPS and the fill ins are struggling to get it. I appreciate my regular carrier to the fullest. The 5 stars are for her performance only. 1 star thumbs down for the fill ins.

Maryland has changed the process in the last three years but typically with the changes I always double check with Maryland to confirm. With that being said I was overcharged for two sets of fingerprints when in fact I only needed one set of fingerprints. With the cost of the entire process I was not prepared to pay an additional 68 dollars, the representative was informed it was for a renewal and had me sign and annotate that it was for a renewal and still charged me the additional fee. That aside everything else was streamlined and executed with efficiency .

They even recommended I go to the MVA myself to resolve any potential issues I might have, while they would process the paperwork themselves, given the situation it was in my best interest to handle it on my own. I saved $35 (their processing fee) and was able to pay only 3% tax (instead of the proposed 6%, and even though i ultimately didn't use their services they were still extremely helpful.
