The paralegal there Vicki Alonzo acts like an attorney, but she is not very knowledgeable, and will only hold off on fixing your issues until it's two late. In fact, the last time I met with her, she instructed me to wait for something to become a "fire" and put things out one at a time. Well a year after my membership with them has expired, I have come in to many more credit and financial issues, that could have bee resolved if Vicki responded to emails and phone calls, and informed me that she was not well-versed enough to resolve my issues.
