Between MVA and CCU my account was flagged and I could not get tags. CCU told me it could take about a week for the flag to be removed. It was not one week, but three full weeks. After the second week, I was calling Mr Everett almost daily to check the status. He never got impatient and he always checked for me. Even on days I didn't call to ask, he called me to let me know the flag was still there. Finally, my MVA appt came and of course they were rude nasty and super unhelpful. They said I had to call CCU.
