When i arrived the door had a lit open sign and nothing to indicate that they were closed. Rather than apologize and ask me to please return Monday Ryan the owner proceeded to be argumentative about it being a holiday. The point is, if you're going to close fine. Just make that known clearly with signage. When confronted with complaints he has nothing but excuses rather than solutions. Totally unprofessional and terrible customer service. There are several other businesses in the area that provide these services that are much better. I'd recommend one of those over this one if you want a good experience. There's a lot more i could say but I'll leave it at that. Just terrible all around! Edit: Response to the owners response. First, being a Veteran is appreciated but has absolutely nothing to do with this situation. Secondly, again rather than simply say I'm sorry for the inconvenience we are closed, please come back and set an appointment you again choose to be argumentative. I'm not going to indulge you farther other than to say i think my review as well as many others on Google speak for themselves. There's a right and wrong way to address things and you clearly haven't grasped that. By the way, nice update of Google after the fact. Would've been nice had you done that to begin with.
