I ended up wasting six months and about $4K, paid in fees, with no outcome with Geller Law. I was first requested to have a mandatory paid initial consultation session to go over my legal help needed. I was introduced to Julie S. during this session. After describing my specific case & needs, she informed me that Geller Law can handle my case. What followed was months of emotional stress & redundant conversations with the staff of this firm that yielded no results. It became clear to me that they didn't know how to legally handle my case. Some staff members were argumentative & appeared trying to take advantage of this emotional situation for me. There were redundant conversations that I was later billed for. I concluded that this firm is not the choice that can handle my case professionally. I terminated my work with them. The new law firm I selected to handle my case turned out to be more knowledgeable for my case. And, more compassionate with me. The process was handled smoothly & professionally to completion.

I don't know how to express my endless gratitude to Brown, Kaszak & Associates. I primarily worked…read morewith Mr. Kaszak and found him delightful and sympathetic to my needs right away. My brother and I had been separated 22 years ago. I had very limited information and a needed to find him as soon as possible. Our father had passed away in April the year prior and his last words with me were a request; a promise really. He begged me to find my brother and let him know he died a good and decent man. You see, my father had married once before my mother and his dear wife died in a car crash. The three children they shared were all in the back seat. Such a horrible thing to witness as an early tween. Back then, it was very uncommon for fathers to raise children when the wife was deceased. It was more common practice for the wife's family to raise the children with the involvement of the father. Sadly, the family moved away without informing my dad. He searched to no avail. Over the years there were intermittent moments of contact , just to lose touch again. In 1995, by happenstance, I connected with my brother (there were 2 sisters and 1 brother). We spent a few months writing to each other and one weekend camping with our children. His 5 children and my 3 children. My father was overjoyed to reconnect and speak to his son. Alas, once again, we lost touch. Time passed, I searched the web with the information I had to no avail. Once my father passed on, I was driven by a daughter's promise. So, after 19 years, a year old promise to my dad, I contacted Mr. Kaszak. We met at a Starbucks close to my home so that I would not be troubled by travel. I gave him my pathetic tidbits of information which he assured me were very valuable and that often, people think that what they know is nothing special when it is the essential missing pieces to the trained professional. I submitted payment and we parted company. Early the following morning, my phone rang, I was surprised it was Chris Kaszak. Surely, he needed more information or was going to tell me my case was as hopeless as I found it to be. Imagine my shock when he informed me that not only had he found my brother via my sister-in-law, he had spoken to my brother. Chris could not give me my brother's information, he has strict rules about honoring privacy, nor would he give my brother my information without my direct expressed permission. Of corse, I said, "Yes, please have him call me!" We hung up and within mere minutes, my phone rang, again I answered and this time the voice on the other end of the line belonged to my big brother. I was shocked! It took less than 24 hours! I had tried on my own for years. We spoke for hours and have been close from that day to this. Chris had a policy that if he found your loved one in a certain period of time, you received a portion of your money back. Just as, if it took longer than a set period in time, he would reluctantly have to request more funds...should he have to fly to an area and beat the pavement for his clients. In my case, he was to return money to me. Now, no one would have known how quickly or how slowly his search took for my brother. When I mentioned this to Mr. Kaszak his only reply was, "I would know." Due to his determination, kindness and dedication to truth, I refused the money owed to me. The gift of my brother and all the family I had missed out on was worth so much more. My family and I owe Brown, Kaszak and Associates the gift of making our family whole again. I will be forever in their debt. If you want professionalism that has a heart and dedication to honesty and privacy, this group of private investigators is the only one you can truly trust. Bless you Chris Kaszak for giving me my family back and helping fulfill a dying mans last wish.

I had a professional service agreement (PSA) that was outdated and did not, as I found out through Gilsdorf Law LLC's attention to detail, offer my firm with sufficient safeguards in more than a few areas of contract law, insurance coverage and general liability exposures. Mary Jo did an excellent job of re-crafting my firm's old Professional Services Agreement to better protect the firm. She accomplished this word-smithing of the agreement adding to its substance while not changing the style and format of the old form so that old clients would still be comfortable with my PSA agreement now in a much more robust format. Furthermore, as a result of this effort which Mary Jo conducted in an expedited yet economical manner, WCCS LLC now has a new standard PSA agreement which both old and new clients understand and accept well. Thank you to the Gilsdorf Law LLC firm and to Mary Jo for the personal, effective and efficient manner in which legal services were rendered to my firm. I have been a student-attorney volunteering with the Clinic for over five months now. In that time, I have seen and spoken with clients on a whole range of legal issues, including family law, problems with landlords or tenants, contract disputes, municipal issues, employment discrimination, and many more. The JustAdvice Clinic always has a roster of impressive attorneys to provide legal advice or assist a client in finding affordable or pro bono representation should it be needed. In almost every case I have seen, we have had an attorney on site knowledgeable in the area of law at issue. These attorneys include retired judges, volunteers from the top corporate firms, as well as attorneys from community organizations throughout the city. The Clinic will also do expungements on site! It has been remarkable to see the lengths to which the students and attorneys at JustAdvice will go to make sure clients get the help they need. While not all legal issues can be solved in a brief advice period, all the clients I have spoken to have left their session with a better understanding of the law and what steps they can take. Clients rave to me all the time about our friendly and helpful staff, and also about how great our cookies and brownies are!
