Usually, it would have been "come back in about an hour or two." This wasn't my story. These guys saw how important this project was for me and understood that I needed it right away. They completed my project in record time, and I was able to arrive to my engagement on time. Great Job and anything you need done with the various services they offer. Jobs are done quickly and effiiently. They are the best!!!!! Everytime I go there for any type of service, such as, Fed Ex, UPS returns, etc., it is taken care of quickly and efficiently. I recommend them highly. I have never had to wait a long time to be helped. I am in and out and satisfield with the service everytime. I have never had to ask for help. Whoever works there, immediately comes to my aid. My husband and I used to go to this store a lot before the pandemic. We were always very pleased with the customer service that we received. The owner at that time was very personable and knew all of her customers by name. We went back in yesterday for the first time since 2019 and had a very different experience. Later, I learned that the previous owner had sold the business. Unfortunately, although the services they provide remain the same, the quality of service is very different. I'm hoping it was just a bad day and they were short staffed. The lady at the counter was very nice, but not at all prepared. It is a fantastic location, nestled inside of a large community so it's the perfect place to be able to drop off packages that simply need to be picked up by UPS or FedEx. Again, it could have just been a bad day, but if you have a business, you should make sure you are prepared to serve a customer as soon as the doors open. We went in over 30 minutes after they opened and they were still not able to help us with mailing a package via UPS. I try very hard to support locally owned small businesses. So, we will give them another chance at some point, but I hope they are better prepared to serve their customers on most days than they were when we went in. read more

I came in for some boxes today. I've never been in ,decided to give them a chance since I was heading into the Food Lion anyways I usually stop by Office Depot. No greeting ,no hello I was standing by all the boxes I had to finally say could I get some help and then she acknowledge me. I was the only one in the store . They have the boxes prepared and with the price on it, but she charged me a different price and when I asked her about it, she didn't know why it was a different price. Just overall not a very good customer service experience I will never go back and I wouldn't recommend it. read more

It is very rare for me to have to ship something so I was unsure of all the details needed to get my package on its way. I found out this place was within walking distance of me and had a great experience. The person at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. 2 weeks ago, I called Parcel & Office Solutions location three times in one day to glean if a notary was in the office. On the first call, I left a message asking this question and gave my callback number to never had my call returned. I find it difficult to support independent businesses when they lack the will (and oversight) to perform the basic task of responding when contacted, even if they do not have the staff to immediately answer the phone. While I'm not thrilled with the UPS Store, they do offer consistent behaviors such as answering the phone during normal business hours. read more

This place is great! The workers are so helpful. They are usually pretty busy though so be prepared to wait in line. This is like one of those mom and pop shops. They also speak Spanish, which is awesome! I love coming here for my Amazon returns, it's super quick and easy. Literally just drop it at the front desk and have my refund by the time I walk back to my car lol they are great! read more

I was fortunate to have been there when the first owner, Anne Twomey was there and we developed a friendship that lasts to this day even though she is living in Ireland:) Then came Joji who bought the business and we developed a friendship as well. I was sad she sold the company after being my constant go-to person for my postal needs. Now we are with a third owner and I will say Joji sold to the right couple! I have been able to conduct business as usual and I love to chat with the staff and their little daughter. I moved away from Odenton to the Eastern Shore and still use them whenever I come over the bridge. Great place to do business with and I know the current owners are doing a fantastic job. I called after 9:00 am to ask if their notary was in the store. A young man said not until noon. I called again at 12:15 and he said not yet maybe she would arrive in 15-30 min. I went to the store and a woman was at the counter. She said she was a notary. First thing she says is "whoever sent this to you should have tagged the pages" for her. It was a simple matter to flip through the pages to see which signatures required a notary. The first page required a witness. It turns out she was the only person in the store. She said to us "you didn't bring your own witness?" After that we left the store. She could use some customer service training. read more

Very bad customer service. I needed Fedex envelopes for a large mailing and they told me I need to contact Fedex. Went to another shipping company in close by and they handed me a large stack. The sales person wasn't even polite about it. Why would you not give me envelopes so Fedex AND your store can make some money. Go to a different shipper. This place is horrible. read more

I am not certain what this ladies deal was.. I haven't had to get any docs notarized in a very long time but trust the next time it WILL NOT be here. I will travel as far as I need. Poor customer service, she rolled her eyes as she spoke and never gave eye contact. She also selectively chose the customers she would tell "have a great day" . I typically don't write reviews but maybe this could save someone from ruining their day. I only gave one star as I couldn't continue until I've done so and I guess she did complete the service.. I normally don't post reviews but this experience upset me and I needed to write about it so no one else makes the same mistake. I went here about two weeks ago to ship some school books to an established buyback website. (Keep in mind that this shipping store also buys back school books). I didn't have a box so I purchased one from here. She charged me for the box, as expected. I had a pre-printed label, which pays for shipping, so that was covered, but she also charged me to tape the box, which was unexpected because the post office doesn't even do that. They tape it for FREE. Ok, whatever so I paid for the tape and box and I lingered a bit to wait and see her tape up my box, which contained 7 books, but instead she continued to eat her dinner and told me she would make sure it's taped and sent on the truck. I was in a hurry and felt a little rushed by her so I just left. BIG MISTAKE. Two weeks later I get an email from the buyback company saying they only got two of my books and two children's DVDs (wtf). First off, I packed 7 books, second how in the hell did DVDs get in my box. I was upset and naturally I told them it was a mistake on their end, but then I remembered that I never actually saw her tape up my box. Today I went back to confront her and she lied to my face. The whole time she kept shifting around, taking long pauses, and randomly messing with items in the store as she explained how she never took any books out my box and that I need to file a claim with USPS. I will never go back here again. Every time I walk in that store she is either eating or chatting with the delivery guys. She rarely greets anyone unless they are her friends. read more
