I have also seen Store Manager Ann and her staff provide helpful, professional service to all customers on a regular basis. Today my experience was even more exceptional. I went in to have my item packaged and shipped. As typical I was promptly greeted and within a short period of time served by the Store Manager Ann. While waiting, I suddenly felt faint and said something to her. She immediately got me a chair to sit, then went to the back of the store and gave me a cold bottle of water which I'm sure was either her's or for employees only. Once she had me situated, she promptly took care of the package and payment while checking to make sure I was OK. With her care, I recovered in a short period of time. I let her know I was much better and thanked her profusely. She then took a FedEx card and started to write down a phone number and asked me to call her when I got home to let her know I got home OK. Her warmth, professionalism and over and above care of me as an individual was outstanding. I know she has been the store manager there for years and today I'm especially grateful she was.
