While I understand they may have been unable to assist me, I would have appreciated an email or text simply letting me know. We realized me needed a notary late in the evening, and we were desperate to find a notary before the next morning. We called a number of "24 hour" notaries, but nobody was answering the phone or returning our calls or emails, until Aziz called us back just 10 minutes after we called. Within 30 minutes, he came by our home and everything was notarized and set--the entire interaction was highly courteous and professional, and he was also very careful not to wake our sleeping baby.
