Booked it, but since the store is close I dropped in anyway. No other customers... first in line- 2 staffers available- "is your notary available?" No not until 2...." the appointment I made online was 1pm so that won't work. Don't advertise services that aren't available and answer the phone. read more

Never noticed this UPS! I needed to make an online return and pre-purchased a label. This location popped up. I was greeted right away. The employee informed me that they have a self-service kiosk. How convenient. I scanned the QR code, printed off the label and attached it to my package. I think I'll continue to do this option! read more

This place is terrible for print jobs. If you need something professionally printed, go to FedEx. I wanted to mail two packets for my job and I sent the PDFs separately in the email they gave me. On the phone, he said it was 35 cents for black and white, 99 cents for color. There seems to be only one person working there. There apparently was no AC available and it was 79 degrees outside. They charge $2.99 per email which he did not say on the phone but claims he did. This is not for the print jobs. They charge to send them an email, per email !!! The guy printed my 30 page packet and then I needed the summons in color. They handed me faded four pages that did not print the court emblem three times. They printed it three times and each time there was barely any color and the emblem was not included and in the end I left because as I explained to the guy, this is not a complete print job. I have a complaint and no summons and then 2.99 for them to read my email. Go to fedex. They have a print and read email FOR FREE and then you pay for the actual printing and they always have color available. read more

This is the new UPS in Burtonsville by the Petco and liquor store. The store is clean, had signage for social distancing, floor markings, and masked staff. No lines. Plenty of parking out front. I had 3 items to mail back to Amazon. They make it so easy to return. I didn't need to bring in a label or box, just the item and a code for the UPS employee to scan and print out a label for. The employee was friendly and efficient. Definitely would come here again. read more

I attempted to drop off a large parcel on August 31, 2021 @ 4PM. The parcel was already boxed, but missing one piece of tape to seal the box top. I asked the employee behind the counter is she could tape the box. She refused, but told me I could buy a roll of tape and seal it myself. I told her, no! ...I would not be ripped off $2.00 for a piece of tape. I drove to my Columbia, Maryland store and received the help I needed. (Thank you, Kevin!). I hope the area manager is playing attention. I will never go back to the Burtonsville, Maryland store. read more
