I called UPS inquiring about my return, and was greeted by Sean on the phone. He explained to me what I needed to do to return the equipment. Hopeful I asked for some advice, and he actually walked me through everything that I needed to bring in. He saved me from not having Wi-Fi. If I would've listened to the spectrum associate on the phone I would've been left without Wi-Fi. I headed down to the store, and I was greeted by Sean. The friendly staff at this location really care about your stuff. I am posting a review to commend ALMA -- who can calculate dimensions of boxes in her head! And thanks to her taking special care with my computer tower and monitor, they both arrived safely across the country (no thanks to the drivers who, frankly, tossed the boxes around so much that both broke open.) But because ALMA had protected them so perfectly with bubble wrap, they both made it in one piece. ALMA deserves a bonus! But the rest of the staff is also helpful, efficient and kind. This used to be my favorite UPS. Now, not so much. I went in, and was going to return something, and took longer than the usual time to bring out the barcode in the email, so I was fumbling a little. This guy that looked like Jason Momoa- but the incredibly nerdy version- gave this side glance to one of his fellow workers and basically rolled his eyes at me---VERY unprofessional. I went there to drop off some packages. A man who looked like Jesus was the only person there. I put the boxes on the desk, and he didn't take them and told me to put them individually on the scale. After he scanned the packages, he threw the receipt on the desk. I usually put them on the desk; they scan them and give you a receipt. I asked him, "why did you throw the receipt instead of giving me?" He said, " I did it like you." But I didn't throw them on the table and put them individually as he wanted. I always come here and the whole team is great! I usually go after work, but today I went during my lunchtime and saw a different staff member than I usually do. Sean was so efficient, everyone in the store, noticed how quickly he was helping everyone who walked through the door. I had come in with numerous return packages and he was balancing taking care of my items, while helping other people as they walked in by hopping between Teo registers but making it look effortless. One customer perfectly captured it by saying he was like a perfectly composed orchestra. On top of it all, he made small talk with every customer and I noticed the questions he asked and the questions they asked him to have a quick catch up while he processed their packages said a lot about how well he knows the community that goes to that store. This is what customer service is all about! Quick, efficient, and kind. Having awesome staff help makes a dreaded errand more enjoyable. UPS stands out in this way, especially this store. Incredibly rude manager. I've always had a great experience with the staff here. They have always been friendly and helpful. Today, I met the manager. He was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He kept moving things while I was trying to photograph them so I could keep track of the items (there was no line or anything to justify such behavior). He even groaned when I told him there were more items to include. He didn't explain what the paperwork he asked me to sign said or give me time to read it myself. Horrible experience. I'll miss the nice staff, but I will find another location. read more

I needed funeral programs printed and decided on getting them printed here at ups since it was the most cost effective for me. I had to get them printed last min and other places either charged more and or couldn't get them done on time. Shawn was super helpful! Even though they didn't have Wi-Fi for me to connect my laptop to so i can edit the program to align with the paper that i had brought in.. i just went to the Starbucks down the street and called the store while they test printed and told me how to edit it in order for it to fit the program paper. Shawn was so patient with me even though i called and emailed a million times trying to get it printed perfectly. He came in first thing in the morning the next day and finished up the prints for me in time for my grandpas funeral. During this difficult time, Shawn made it really easy to get this task done. My printer broke down so I've been coming here to print basic b&w copies. Each copy is about .17 and is listed online. I placed an order online for two sheets which costed me below $1. I have a receipt. They charged me $1 total without me knowing. The employee told me it's because I'm "printing in person at their physical store"... that's a joke right??!!! On the website, you place an order and choose a location to print. I could sue them since they don't have a receipt stating exact charges. I have my original online receipt that states the correct amount. Just a warning to folks here. I'm taking my business elsewhere, byeeeeeeee. read more

Sean always seems to be the guy assisting me and, not only is he super quick and efficient, but incredibly friendly and professional. Don't know that I've ever encountered someone who is more genuinely pleasant and helpful. Today, for example, I had two Amazon returns, one of which was to be returned from his UPS Store. The other one, however, Amazon had me driving significantly out of my way to drop off. I asked if he knew if I could choose someplace closer. He took the time to help me look at the Amazon email, then go their site, and then look at the options. When he got done, he was able to have me just give the other item to him, which he processed in under 10 seconds! The guy should change his middle name to "Service". :-) read more
