I sent my mom a gift from Amazon that she did not like and asked that it be returned. I processed the return picking the closest UPS store to her. My elderly mom does not have a device to display the required QR code. (shame on big tech for preventing the elderly from operating independently) I called the UPS store to explain the situation, asking if I could just give them the RMA number but they said they needed to QR code to scan. So I asked if I could just email it, and they agreed. 10 minutes later my mom showed up and they were already waiting for her. She had absolutely bo problems returning the package. She called me just now to let me know she was back home and mentioned that despite being absolutely slammed due to the holiday season, they were very kind and accommodating to her. She said from now on, that was the only place she would go to print and fax documents. Bravo UPS Store team! I CHOOSE to come here, even though my buisness is 2 cities away. I can't leave a good team of effective employees! Why would somebody even rate a mailbox place 5 Stars? It's because the people who work here are absolutely wonderful, helpful, smart, and have fabulous work ethics. Reina is absolutely horrible. She gave me attitude for asking to pack my box, which I politely paid for. She told me "I've never had this issue before" and mentioned not trusting her. How is it an issue to ask for my box to get packed when I paid for it? That's really weird and unprofessional and offensive. Then she told me to take a photo for proof. Super weird experience. I'd avoid her as a customer if I can, very uncalled for behavior. The UPS on Glendale ave is so much better in terms of customer service. I give this place a 1 star. Got charged for printing a ups label and not having a box. The box I understand but label not sure why. So a couple hours later I went back to ship another package. I printed a label and brought my own packaging, so I won't get charged. I was told that I have to pay for them to tape the label on to the box. Last time I'll be visiting this place. They will charge you if you sneeze. I have been to many ups stores weekly and I never experience the same treatment. read more

The staff at this store are delightful and they really take care of us. We were forced to open a mailbox here after our building refused to promptly deal with a long-standing package theft problem, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. This UPS store is one of the things we will miss most when we move. I don't usually write bad reviews but I just got scammed at this ups store in Glendale. I had a package that wasn't delivered to my apartment ( I have a doorman), it went to this ups store. I went to pick it up and they wouldn't release the package unless I paid $5.00. They couldn't tell me why and just said that's the way it is if a package comes here. They had put a label with their address on The package over shipping label to my address. That was the reason basically "it was mailed to us so we charge a fee."They didn't even try to hide it. Beware. I know times are tough for everyone but charging a fake fee for a package is simple theft. The smirk the woman behind the counter me was free. She knew what she was doing and that I couldn't do anything. read more

This is the worst UPS Store. The parking lot is a scene from Lord of the Flies. A barbaric situation. Good luck. And once you're in, you better have your labels printed already because if you don't, they'll charge you by the minute to use the computer and then charge you to print. They have a printer with capabilities to print off of a USB, but they won't let you use it. You have to take the additional step (and charge) of using their computer. In addition, everyone who works here (and, to be fair, this is probably true at any UPS store location) hates their job. It's like the Dave Chappell skit, "Pop Copy." They don't want to be there and they hate *you* for being there. *** Update: Since the business owner responded, I figure I'd elaborate on what happened next. I actually went to a different UPS store (down the street) that didn't charge for printing. The folks there were much nicer and so much more helpful. Therefore I must take back what I said about UPS stores in general. I want to amend my above comment to apply only to this specific UPS Store location, which is run very poorly! Go figure! read more

I always go to this ups store for my return never had any problems with my returns everyone is so nice but of course there is always one employee that is just rude. "Rebecca" is the Worst employee I have ever seen in this location she has no respect towards any customers. Does not know how to approach customers has no manners.
