I called them for several times and they kept talking to me for things that they thought they were talking to another client I kept telling them I think you are mixing me up with someone else and they kept telling just come in and when I called them back they started to give me excuses and said they are with a client and will call you back they never did and they never answered my phone calls again very poor service read more

I've had the unfortunate displeasure of walking into this so called business on two separate occasions for live scanning. Both times I was practically ushered out. This last time, the tiny lady with a huge attitude shoved the live scan paper back into our faces because there was one section that needed a revision and they apparently didn't have the time of day to assist us with making a small correction. After the first time, the mistake was mine to even consider going to this place again, but since they're so close to my house I figured might as well give them another shot. I would travel on foot for miles to another location before even thinking about coming back to this place. Avoid at all costs, unless you like being treated like crap. Nice and polite people . But their business practice is kindda out dated and not Ok. Called DHL to drop off a package , they told me there will be no extra charge. But the older lady was asking for money ! The business is a designated drop center for DHL and it is against the company's policy to charge their customers additional fees , specially in cash and no receipt for the amount paid. read more

Hands down so disrespectful to clients. I was a walk in and the young man taking the 2x2 photos for Immigration was very sweet and generous enough to tell me he was going to give me the photos for free as long as I printed the application from their offices. Which of course I did as I'm turning around to take my photo the lady jumps out and tells me to pay five dollars for 10 pages of printed off paper which is basically $.10 each page And I have to pay $10 for the photos and quickly ran to take my credit card for payment so rude & it continues to tell me that they charge $500 to file the form that is outrageous and she heard them boy and proceeded to ask me for payment which was extremely rude they do not know how to treat customers. I was going to bring three applications into their offices now I will not bring anything because how they treated me. Do better! read more

EXTREMELY FRIENDLY! I have been looking for a large triangle pyramid tube for added protection when shipping out an art tube. I stopped by two other mailbox stores and no one had proper supplies. Then I called Jenny's Postal & Shipping Center and the kind lady on the phone was nice enough to check what they had before I drove over there. She gave me the dimensions and everything over the phone and it was perfect. Stopped by there a couple minutes later and all the ladies there were very kind and helpful. The triangle was free and I told them I'll be shipping with them again in the future. The parking is very easy and convenient and the inside of the store is very organized and clean. I'm glad I found this place because I see myself shipping from here more often! They also offer notary public, live fingerprint services, translations and passport photos! Highly recommended! I did notary here and wanted to double charge for a document I did just needed to redo it and wanted to charge me again and when I came in the first time she wasn't helpful had to call vital records and told me to tell the notary can do another way to get it a sign as long as I had two witnesses when she could had told me herself because when I went back she said yea we can do it that, she could of said that in the first place!! I experienced the worst Western Union service at this location. I had to drive for 20 minutes with my little baby to come and pick up my money ($300 value) and when I arrived the manager Jenny refused to pay me because they don't have money!!! She said she deposited all the money she has in the bank and it was only the beginning of the day (2:00 pm)! What a stupid management system they have. Not only that but she had a very bad attitude and was yelling at me. That was so ridiculous, how come a western union agent can't do a western union service!!! it said on there website open at 10:30 am Monday to Friday I came on Monday at 10:45 am and they are not open and on the door it says open at 10:00 am go figure. I waited for 10 minuets and watched five people come and leave including the ups delivery guy. I've had my PO Box at location for the last two years... I noticed they complete immigration applications the lady as you enter to the left helped me...not very happy all she cares about was my credit card and how fast she can process the payment ....she gave me the wrong form and the case got denied.... We went it to get a document notarized, was pretty fast and easy. Lady that owns it is nice, it seems like a lot of people go there for immigration related stuff. Lot of clients waiting, on what I'm not sure because we walked in and got what we needed right away. read more

I went in for live scan fingerprinting. I believe the lady who helped me was named Linda. She was friendly and attentive. Once we started the process, I realized my wallet was not in my bag. She was more concerned than I was! I went to get it, and she picked right up with me when I came back, even though other people had come in.
