I was given such great customers service at this location, it actually put me in a good mood. I was dreading having to package a gift I was sending, because it was a hat that I didn't have a box for and I didn't want it getting crushed. finding the box making sure it fit etc. David D was great. He helped me out sizing a box and filling out the box so my hat wouldn't get crushed. Couldn't be happier. read more

I am someone who rarely writes reviews. I wrote one regarding this UPS location 4 years ago because I was so impressed and I have to do it again today. I can't say enough about David. He truly went out of his way to help me today and never changed his demeanor. I don't believe any other shipping business would have done that. I hope everyone supports this location and gets to experience the professional and helpful service they offer read more

I stopped in today to mail a 50 year-old issue of the Rolling Stone magazine to my brother for his birthday. I had no box and the gentleman that helped (his name is Sean) went above and beyond. He crafted a custom "box" from scrap and put it together from his own inspiration. He put so much time into it and very efficiently too. He did not inconvenience in any of the other customers in any way, I am so impressed they put it together in no time and I'm just delighted. It was a very good experience. It's a great shop. I will let my friends know about my experience and I especially recommend Sean. Thanks! read more

The UPS Store - An original issue from 1974 - Mailbox Centers Near Me - Glendale, California

Everyone is always friendly and helpful, parking is pretty easy too. Never had problems here.

Truly the most wonderful UPS store. I didn't know a UPS store could be so enjoyable to experience but I actually look forward to coming in here. The staff is so friendly, there is always candy for my little one as a reward and it's always fast & effortless. I've been coming for years but what made me want to write a review is the over the top service I received yesterday. I had multiple packages and one happened to be fedex. The guy with long brown hair still taped & print out my label for my fedex package and it was just so incredibly kind & helpful for me- especially as a mom of two littles. Thank you for making this store wonderful! read more

One word - David. I have been meaning to write this review for over a year now, but I have never had the chance. I am sitting outside the store dedicating time to write this review before heading back into the fast-paced and busy world because otherwise - yet again, I will not get the chance to praise David for his exceptionalism. I go far and beyond, out of my way to come to this specific location despite there being 2 closer stores, and David is the sole reason behind that. I have never left this UPS store with an outstanding task left incomplete when David has helped me. As a busy mom of 2, it means a lot to check tasks off of my ever-growing to-do list. He goes above and beyond to help me get things done. He is ALWAYS kind, professional, positive, and courteous. I know I may sound overly grateful for what is usually a very short encounter at a local shipping store. However, I would be committing injustice by not telling everyone how incredible David's customer service is. I hope that this store only continues to prosper and, more importantly, I hope that David is promoted and appreciated in all the ways that he very much deserves. I have been helped by several other employees at this store, but no other employee's communication has come nearly as close to David's. I'm not sure how often he receives a commendation, but I hope he sees this and is treated accordingly by the company and his peers. Thanks David! read more

Did good work, very organized. I would highly recommend this company. Store was clean and staff was well trained, thank you.

Anthony and Sean were SO kind and helpful!! Best UPS ever. I have never thought to drop a review for an ups store until today. Amazing customer service, extremely efficient and helpful. Anthony really took care of us and made sure we got everything we needed. I know it's just a print job but they were so kind to everyone else on the way in and out. Go and have them brighten your day a little :) read more

The staff is so helpful and pleasant at this store. I am always in and out in minutes. Usually I only go to drop off my Amazon returns, but this time I needed a copy enlarged. He worked with me until it was just what I wanted and the charge was very very low. The place is always clean and orderly, too. read more

This is my go-to UPS store on Glenoaks Blvd in Glendale, CA. The staff here is very efficient, quick and pleasant to interact with. They are very courteous and reason I go back here all the time. Alma, the manager is always in cheerful mood, pleasant to interact with and very professional. I have another UPS store closer to me, but this is my go-to place due to staff and management. read more

This location, its employees, management and the owner are simply the BEST! I drive past 3 UPS stores in the city I live in just to come here. Why? Because their service and professionalism is unmatched! read more

I had a last minute copying job I needed for a family memorial service in the morning, with little time available before the start of the event. This UPS store not only got the job done quickly, their stellar team member Anthony did so with great understanding and compassion for my emotional state. What a rare find, a corporate business that offers customer service in a way that resembles a small mom and pop retail. Huge thanks to the team there. I will return. read more

Anytime I drop in with an Amazon return the staff have been polite and quick to help. I open the Amazon app and show them the QR code for the return which they scan, hand over my package (unless instructions say that UPS will pack it for me), am handed a receipt and I'm on my way. I'm usually in and out in less than 5 minutes. read more

The absolute best staff at this location! So helpful all the time! The girl that works there along with the men, every single one so nice and professionals. read more

I've been coming to this specific UPS Store ever since they opened several years ago, and I cannot be more pleased every single time I have to come here. Its staff goes above and beyond to help me with all I need. 100% recommended. read more

For years I had a PO Box at the old UPS store in Burbank on Victory and put up with lost packages, long lines, and rude service. And I never considered that maybe I'd have been better of elsewhere. Since that hellhole closed, this location has been a godsend! Everyone who works there is always pleasant, professional, and helpful (shoutout to Mark and Anthony!). This location has completely changed my view of the UPS brand. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. read more

Great service the staff is very knowledgeable and is supportive with ensuring that your package is packed appropriately and shipped quickly. I came in to bring some vintage items I sold online and the Saturday crew was super helpful. I've been choosing Ups over FedEx lately with how convenient and affordable it is. read more

The BEST UPS store in LA. Been living here all my life and I haven't been to a more friendly and helpful UPS location. I drive from the Valley specifically to drop off my items at this location because I always have such a pleasant and easy experience here. I pulled up at 7:02 not knowing they closed at 7. The staff was already locking up but they offered to take my return package. It was extremely kind of them to go back inside as they were getting off of work. I wish I got the gentleman's name! Wonderful service! read more

I've been coming here regularly since 2021 with many returns and I can't say enough amazing things about every single worker here! They are so polite, efficient, and work so hard to get their customers taken care of in a timely fashion. Sean especially is so accomodating and kind and you can tell his goal is to ensure each one of his customers are handled with care with great service. Love going here even though I'm having to make a return! Thanks to all for being so pleasant! read more

Alma went above and beyond in helping me ship my amazon returns. Great service and always a smooth process when I visit here!

Amazing service from Sean. I shipped 6 boxes and was going to spend $90 on shipping but he told me he could consolidate and ship in 2 larger cartons and save money. It saved me $30! Helping a customer at less revenue for the store is an exa of outstanding customer service. read more

This UPS provides the best packing, excellent service, very kind and professional staff, even when there is a big line, the waiting is not too long. Sean try always to please the client. Great value; I highly recommend this UPS. read more

Excellent experience shipping an item - all thanks to agent Anthony. Thank you! He provided exceptional guest service that went above and beyond. Would come back specifically to this location because of it. read more

This UPS store provides outstanding service. The guys are quick, professional and yet so friendly and considerate. We had a huge office chair to return to Amazon for which they didn't have a right size box. They offered 2 options, to pay $54 and get custom made box at the store, or get it from Home Depot for $18. We, of course, rushed to Home Depot only find out their biggest box was still small for our chair. Once we returned to the UPS, the guys saw how disappointed we were with our trip and decided to only charge us $19. It was so nice of them. Polite, professional and totally customer oriented. Thank you guys! read more

Edit/response: Isn't it great that David didn't disappoint with his response? He was careful in his wording, because I warned you to look at his rude responses to one-star reviews, but he still couldn't help himself: he insulted me by calling me "old" and "not used to technology." David, I'm a licensed Private Investigator (uh-oh!) and I can run rings around you and your staff when it comes to technology; and since I'm the one who was correct when it came to this method of Amazon return, it seems it is YOUR manager who has trouble understanding Amazon's different return methods, not me. Maybe it's his age. For the rest of your story (and it's a good story, it took you a while to come up with it), you're lying. Since my review matches the other one-star reviews on here, we'll leave it to the yelpers to decide. Original review: It's simple. Just click on the button above that says "yelp sort" and change it to "lowest rated." Then read the manager "David"'s responses to bad reviews. It's the customer's fault. I don't have to tell you how my experience went at this UPS store, because it's virtually the same as the other low stars: employee or "manager" Sean was openly rude to me. And strangely these encounters seem to be about boxes and Amazon returns. I buy most things from Amazon, so I have some percentage of returns. Sometimes Amazon wants you to package and label, sometimes just package and don't label, but oftentimes they want you to just bring the item in--in my case, house slippers. In this way, money and environment is preserved because the UPS store (or Whole Foods or wherever you drop) just puts all the returns in one big box, instead of twenty small boxes, and sends one box on a truck instead of twenty boxes on a truck or more than one truck now out on the road. If I can help the environment, I like to. I happened to bring the slippers into the store in a skechers shoe box, just so that I could keep them clean while carrying them around. Sean wanted that box. Man, did he want it. "Leave them in the box. No! Leave them!" as I tried to take them out. "They don't go in this box," I replied. "This is a skecher's box. They're not skechers. Amazon said to bring them in without a box." Sean scanned the return QR code on my phone, scoffed at me (an actual sound) and said "Whatever," as he tossed the scanning wand back in its holder. Then he THREW my shoes into a box located somewhere behind the front desk. Threw them. I started looking on my phone, because I wanted to go back to the return instructions and get the exact wording. He placed the receipt in front of me gently on the counter....hahahahaha I can't get through that sentence with a straight face. How do you think he placed the receipt in front of me? "Here's your receipt" and tossed it at me. When I didn't move since I was on my phone, he said rudely, "Do you need something else?" (like GTFO of my store). I found the return instructions and read to him where I was not supposed to bring the items in a box. He said, "It looked like the shoes were skechers, so I was saying leave them in the box." Oh I see, there was a reason you were barking orders and being rude to me--you thought the shoes were made by Skechers. "Are you the owner, or the manager, or just an employee...?" I asked. "I'm the manager." "Okay, well do you realize how rude you were to me just now? You literally said 'whatever' to me and tossed the receipt at me." "I did not 'toss' the receipt at you, MA'AM. And I said 'whatever' because it didn't matter if you left the box, MA'AM." How many women out there like being called ma'am when you don't live in Texas? Also when it's being said like a slap in the face? "I'm being polite because I'm using the word ma'am, so now I can use the rudest tone of voice in the WORLD, but I'm polite because I'm saying ma'am. That's right MA'AM. Well excuse me MA'AM." You know you're in trouble with the ma'am comes out. And to answer the question rude customer service agents ask when I point this out: What should you call me? How about nothing? I managed to get through the entire conversation with Sean without calling him anything at all. The "Ma'am" is instead of calling me B***h and you know it. I can't remember the last time someone in customer service said "whatever" to me. I think Sean has forgotten what his job is. He acted like I was bothering him at work. I just moved here from San Diego, and I need a UPS store. I ship things a lot. I need things notarized. I love a good UPS store, and I had one in San Diego. As I walked out I cheerfully said over my shoulder, "No problem, I'll just find another UPS store." I'll edit this review at the top if "David" responds. I'm not sure how you justify an employee, a manager no less, saying, "Whatever" to a customer. I'm sure David will try. read more

The service at this store is outstanding. I have been disappointed with some other shipping retailers but these folks are the real deal. They have made a customer of me forever. I think the difference is the owner is on site with family members and they truly care about running a top notch operation. I am very glad I discovered them. read more

I was never used to shipping items out, but once I started my little car part sales I've been coming to this UPS store ever since! Not only do they give the best service ever, everyone is so friendly and kind. Always willing to go above and beyond to help you out. Thanks as always guys! read more

IF I COULD GIVE -10 stars I would. STAY AWAY, WORST UPS LOCATION EVER. I used to come here all the time as the previous workers were so helpful and sweet. Unfortunately there's this new employee. The man with long light hair who needs to come down to the realm of reality. Been helped by him twice and every time i got the nastiest attitudes, the worst facial expressions and eye rolls. If you hate your job sir just simply quit and don't give out your hatred and negativity towards the customers who are polite and respectful to you. Never will come to this location and will never ever recommend anyone to go there unless they wish to be disrespected. CHANGE THE EMPLOYEE OR YOU WOULD BE LEFT WITH 0 customers with the current mannerless "customer service". BEST OF LUCK! read more

The manager who runs this place is always giving everyone a hard time. I use this place a lot and every time I'm there he's arguing or asking invalid questions. "What's inside the box?" Private items? Ask is there any electronics in thee! with the mask mandate being over he kept pushing everyone to put on a mask and now every time Amazon gives a code and says no box required he insists to purchase a box?! Side money? This is a fraud location and owners need to watch out for this manager running their place. Never going back read more

One of the best UPS store , very professional and knowledgeable staff, very friendly employees

Sean at this location is a rockstar!!! If I would've listened to spectrum, I would've had no Internet. I disconnected my cable, and I was given incorrect instructions. I called UPS inquiring about my return, and was greeted by Sean on the phone. He explained to me what I needed to do to return the equipment. Hopeful I asked for some advice, and he actually walked me through everything that I needed to bring in. He saved me from not having Wi-Fi. If I would've listened to the spectrum associate on the phone I would've been left without Wi-Fi. I headed down to the store, and I was greeted by Sean. He is super friendly, outgoing, personable, and professional. I highly recommend Sean at this store! read more
