This is the best UPS store from my experienced. I open a PO Box at 2018 and close at 2019. The reason I close was I do not need a PO Box. During the time I always arrived late. The store manager always waits for me to get my staff. The store manage always told me "they do the house keeping just take my time". They run this UPS store as their own business not just a job. No more lost or misdirected mail. My thing with my mail is that sometimes I think the postal person gets tired by the time that person gets to my residential street that they do not realize they are distributing the mail one address off. Sometimes my neighbors will come and drop off my mail. But most times they don't. I on the other hand, will drop off their mail if it ends up at my residential address. Thank goodness for private mail boxes or having a mail box at the UPS Store. It's so much better than having a US Postal mail box since some areas cannot be shipped to a US Postal location, which I cannot understand the reasoning to. But by having a rental agreement for private mail box at the UPS Store at 2271 West Malvern location, is so much better than having a US Post Office mail box. I chose this particular location due to amount of available parking spaces and for the location. It is located in a Albertson's shopping area, so I'm usually over there once a week to buy my groceries for the week, meaning I can pop into the UPS store and get my mail. I love the fact that when I go into that UPS store Swati is usually there to greet me by my first name, "Hi Mark" and so I respond back "Hi Swati". Even during the times of my visit when it's not so busy in the store some of the associates will get my mail if they ask me for my box number. But for the most part the store is usually busy since I notice Swati and her crew are always busy, so I just get my mail mmyself. I think her crew is family or very close friends of hers since they all show the upmost gratitude and kindness as can be expected from a professional mail associate. There is A UPS Store even closer to my residential address but I'm glad I went with the one on Malvern Ave. Much more parking areas and a great Staff. It's been over a year for me since I decided to get a private mail box at the UPS Store and it seems I'll be there for years to come. What a deal!! Just went to staples last week for copy. They literally charged me $1.69 plus tax for one copy. I always us staples for copy as it is close to my house but didn't know about this location. I happened to be in this area and came here for copies.They charge only .20 cents per copy. Also they have computer service. I m definitely coming back to print out my assignments. Also very friendly service. read more

I have had a box at this UPS location on Malvern Ave in Fullerton for 8 years and the service is excellent! What I like the most is how respectful and willing the owners and their staff are to me. I have packages arrive and minutes later they notify me by email and when I walk in the door they have my mail in hand before I can get to my box. This is old-fashioned service in a modern world. Not all of these UPS stores are equal since they are a franchise. I originally got a box here for my first business and now I use it for both personal and business and send everything there. I love the service here. I came for live scan. The good part is that I didn't had to make an appointment. Usually other places have to make an appointment. Its holiday season and the store was so busy and pack. Just boxes all over. But these guys are pro, they really know what they r doing. Well my finger prints were taking little longer and the lady had so much patience and seems so happy all the time. I had lots cuts and scare on my fingers and she was trying to get best possible prints. This is my first time coming to any shipping place, so I really don't know what to expect. The people are amazing working behind the counters. They all have big smile and such a welcoming environment. Most of the customers knew them and they knew most of them as the they were all called by their names. One customer but amazed me because the guy behind the counter was explaining so nicely about returning package to Amazon but the customer was so stubborn or she just don't want to understand and keep asking the guy to ship her package without any return label. Literally I wouldn't have any patience for this. I would have quit my job. But I salute this place for having so much patience for this kind crazy customers and always caring a smile. I would recommend everyone this store if they want nice service and if want to get their things right way. They are super knowledgeable and literally know what they are doing. The store was pack and busy but they were so organized and seems like they care of each and every package. I was running behind on sending a very important, time-sensitive document for a major scholarship that was literally hours from passing the deadline. This was the only place still open past 5 on a Saturday and I was desperate to get my document post marked in time. I knew I wasn't going to make it before they closed, so I called ahead and asked if they would still be open. The manager, Swati Patel, not only stayed 40 minutes past closing to help me, but was kind spirited and helpful far beyond what is normal. I'm certain she was an angel. Some of the older reviews pertaine to the old owners. But ever since Swati took over I feel the customer service is great!!! She is so hard working and really tries her best to accommodate your need. I use so many of their services starting from their mailbox, copy services, notary, mailing. You name it, I've used everything. And they always provide the service fast and efficiently. This store is a complete joke. $2.50 to use the computer to access my documents to print?! I asked the cashier working if I could simply email my document to store email from my iPhone like I have at other UPS stores to avoid this ridiculous charge. She says ok then proceeds to go to the same computer, access the UPS store email, print my 2 pieces of paper and STILL charge me $3.00 for two effing pieces of paper. Such a scam. Go drive 10 min to another UPS store where they won't charge you to use their computer. Ugh. read more

This is the most amazing store I ever been to. The owner is super nice and very helpful all the time. I had the notary issue. I didn't know what to do, she was so nice to help me. And also, when moved from NC so I didn't had any permanent address, she helped me to open a mail box and now all my mails are secured. Before my mails used to get lost or didn't arrive to me on time. But I have a mailbox here for almost 6 months now and all my packages and mails comes here securely and also I get text messages and email for my package arrived. In this six months I have used so many services and every single time I had nice experience. Now it's like my family. I was just seeing some negative reviews on yelp, but please I would suggest everyone to try the services because I kind of not believe in those negative reviews. So, I agree that the workers are nice. They've been friendly to me each time I've gone in. But I had a very similar experience to John L. I took a package in asking how much it would cost to mail, whatever their cheapest rate. The worker told me that it would be $10. Without me asking, she told me that the post office would charge $11. It was a small, light package, so I was very surprised. I went ahead and took it to the post office. The package cost $2.80, first class. It could have been and honest mistake, but I would definitely be on my guard if they're quoting USPS prices. read more

They botched my business card order and expected me to pay for something I didn't want. The manager blamed it on one of their employees misquoting me the price for the style I chose. If their employees can't get things straight, then that's the manager's responsibility, not the customer's. The manager added to my frustration by yelling at me in front of other customers demanding payment for business cards I couldn't use. I walked out and left them the cards. For those of you that have been lost by something ordered on PayPal you understand. That experience was my first visit to this UPS store. Then my old convenient UPS store was sold and they did not have the services that I was accustomed to, so I went back to this UPS store on Malvern Ave. Not only do they provide every service imaginable, they are always smiling, warm, friendly and kind. I went in today with three very large boxes and an additional smaller box, they were happy to come to my car and bring everything in for me, help me clarify the orders and provide tracking numbers with a smile. If it's a little out of your way I would highly recommend that you take the time to support this UPS store on Malvern. I promise you it will end up saving you time and you'll leave feeling better. I've been a regular customer here for about 9 years. The service since the current owners took over a few years ago has been outstanding, whether in person or over the phone. They are so consistently kind and friendly that my daughter always wants me to wait to go here until she can come along. Every single transaction I've made here has been correct which is really good since I've been a customer for so long! I've never had any trouble sending stuff out using my own packaging or theirs. I have my incoming packages sent here because they will sign for them and keep them safe until you pick them up, and I seriously can't imagine going back to having shipments left at my door now that I'm used to the reliability of this store. read more

Very good job from this UPS Store. They took care of my printing job. I have made the 4th of July party invitation cards with FEDEX, I have designed it and email them the file. I wanted only 50 of them, but they said that they have to have minimum 100. So I was like its ok to do 100. They printed and I picked it up for my party but when I came home, the invitation cards were not cut properly. on top they put properly cut cards, but in middle they cut little off, few words were cut. So I took the cards to their store and they told me that they can reprint it but they will charge me again. As they have use the ink again. This is so ridiculous that I have to pay again for their mistake. I mean this is just so not fair. It was not my fault that they cut it wrong. I was so upset and left. I called this UPS store and ask them if they can print it for me. I would rather pay someone else then giving them business again, but didn't know that they do printing also. But I happened to talk to nice lady Swatee, and she said yes, we can do the printing for you. She asked me that do you have the file ready or we are creating one. As I have designed it myself so I have it ready to print file. She said great, then we can just print it out in a day. They printed out my invitation card and called me next day to pick it up. OMG so fast service. I picked it up next day and go through each and every card, and the quality and finishing is much better than FedEx. Also, they were $4 cheaper than I paid to FedEx. I rather pay somebody who really cares for their customer. I mean if you make a mistake, they just needed to reprint it for me. Instead of that, they just want to charge me more. Just want everyone that they also do printing services here too, they are very professional. They understand your needs and they will take care of you. I have used so many services in past like Notary, Fax, shipping and also I am in this store like every 3-4 days to drop off my amazon packages. Every single time, the staff is super nice, and they tape up my amazon drop off packages.. I will recommend this store to every one. One of the best UPS store that I been too. I usually go to this UPS because it's close to our house. I've never had any problem with them about shipments etc. However a few months ago I needed something notarized for an application I was sending out and I brought the specific instructions with me to make sure my documents would be done properly. The one who notarized my papers said she could not do what was specified in the instructions as it would be "against CA law." I went back and forth with her on this because it didn't make sense for the org to give such detailed instructions if they knew notaries could not do it. Still she insisted that it was unlawful. So i ended up sending this improperly notarized document, only to receive a deficiency letter a few days ago regarding said documents. I had to get it notarized somewhere else, and they didn't even hesitate to follow the detailed instructions. It was a waste of my time and my money to have gone through with getting that document notarized at this UPS. read more

At first I thought it was an honest mistake and let it go however I was so infuriated by the lack of customer service I made a yelp account just to leave a review. I'm leaving this review 5 minutes after being yelled at by the older female worker (owner). I brought a package in to be return shipped, it was already labeled. However It needed to be taped so she began taping and told me I would be charged a dollar. However I did not have a dollar, she proceeds to tell me to look for change in my car or walk over to the ATM... In a hurry I just handed her a 100 dollar bill got my change and walked out. as I'm driving off I realize she only gave me 89 dollars in change. I come back only to find out that she left?! I'm instructed to come back the next day to speak to her personally. (instructions were given to me by her husband.) I come back the next day only to be greeted by the highly defensive woman! She proceeds to tell me that i am mistaken, either that it mathematically impaired... Really? That had to be the rudest comment I've received from anyone behind a counter, not to mention a owner of a business. After 5 minutes of yelling at me infront of other customers I decided to give up. So I technically paid 11 dollars for a piece of tape. Please if you don't have small change I advise you to use another ups location. I really wish I could rate this location with no stars seeing as it is quite possibly the most useless store in the whole complex. I'd rather try shipping my package out of the TJ Max located in the same shopping center. read more
