I don't know if the people who work here are dumb or enjoy wasting people's time but they told me over the phone it would cost $40 to use USPS to ship a package to France. I go to the store and then they say it's going to cost $90. Then they said if I want it to be cheaper then I should go to the post office. You literally just told me over the phone to come there because it would cost me $40 to use that same service through USPS at your UPS store and then after I show up you tell me to go to the post office? I've come here twice. Once it was to ship off my xBox 360 cuz it got red ringed. Grr. They get them really often apparently because they knew exactly what box to give me (they told me not to send it off in the original box so no one would steal it) and sent it off -- easy peasy. Too bad Microsoft couldn't just make their product not suck. the 2nd time was to send something off to my parents in the east coast. It was really expensive but it arrived in time (before they had to hop on a plane the next day) I guess with money, you can get anything done. Good service, helpful and friendly people. Driver leaves "sorry we missed you" on 11/6 saying package is at this store. I go to the store Monday 11/9, they can't find the package. I wait at the store while they search for the packge. They end up telling me that the packge is at the Olivera. I go to the Olivera location today (Wed 11/11) and they tell me, no the package is at the willow pass store. They give me a print out with the information. I call this store, explain the situation and first when i gave the tracking number, he said he couldn't find it. I gave it to him again and all of a sudden he can see that the package was delivered on thursday. How in the hell was it delivered on thu 11/5 when the note is dated fri 11/6. He was not listening to I NEVER GOT THE PACKAGE, obviously from the "sorry we missed you note" genuis. In the end, my package is still missing and from the driver to the willow pass and olivera location, this is the worst customer experience. No wonder this store has trash reviews. read more

Due to an Amazon mix up, a package my wife ordered was shipped using UPS instead USPS. Since there is no mail delivery to where we live, everything shipped through USPS goes directly to the post office for pickup by way of a "general delivery" address. Obviously, this wouldn't work for UPS, so they delivered the package here for us to come pick up. When my wife went in, there was no one at the desk for quite a while, and when someone finally came, they remained on the phone for a long period of time without acknowledging either customer at the counter. After the woman was very rude to the man in front of my wife, she gruffly asked what my wife wanted. Then she couldn't find the package because they didn't believe our "general delivery" address was real. The woman at the counter argued with my wife over the "fake" address until she tried searching for the package by name instead, and sure enough, there it was. Then, after all of that, they threatened not to actually give her the package (can they legally do that) because they thought she was "screwing with them" because of the "fake address." They needed a "real address" to put in their system to confirm a pickup. We also learned that if they cannot find a "real address" on the outside of the package, they will open the package to look for a packing slip, which doesn't really make any sense at all if the package is to picked up at their store... in that case, then the delivery address would be their own! This was by easily the worst customer service either of us has ever received in a service industry, and we will avoid this UPS store in the future because of it. They get 2 stars just because they did actually deliver the package (at least to the UPS store) in one piece. read more

I came here to look at the reviews because I was at the store today and there was a guy been rude and yelling for no reason at the workers I was doing a shipment and the guy who came right next to me at the same time as I came in , and just stood on the side, lady who was there help someone else who came in and got in line , then he started yelling at her telling her how the line works the that why she help the lady before him the worker started explain the the line is on the other side and she thought he was with me because, of where he was standing, he just kept yelling at her telling them that he knows they hate their jobs, they never raise their voice or say anything bad to him. I never leave reviews but this guy looks like the kind of people the are rude to others and then go and leave bad reviews and complain . I been to this location many times and they are always helpful and friendly keep it up guys !! read more

I only feel compelled to leave a review here because of the poor ratings which prevented me from coming here, but had no choice. I don't usually like coming to these places because of bad experiences at other carrier stores, but here I was. I came in on a Saturday, a few customers were there doing their business. I was greeted by the cashier lady (didn't expect that) and she kindly assisted me with processing my packages for delivery. I was in and out in 3 minutes. Thank you for being so kind! read more

Went to this UPS store about a week ago and had to drop off a package that included supplies for my sick mother back home... a lady named Geylin (sp?) came up to me with a dry terrible approach almost like she was forced to help me... apparently she's the manager?! After barely saying hi she just took my package so I asked if I'm done she say yes without giving me any type of receipt or proof I dropped off my package in that store - instead I got a serious eye roll and she walked away. Now my package hasn't been delivered and the tracking number says it was never picked up by the driver... did she take it?! I tried calling this store several times and each time she's either not there or on her breaks! I already have UPS investigating the package and today I learned that she was supposed to hand me a receipt that has the date and time and the tracking info. I can't believe that this is the manager! I see other reviews on her about her unprofessional attitude and they seem to be right on point. I'm never going back to this particular UPS Store location and risking my important packages not being delivered. I am just writing this review for the ones who do business here make sure you get some kind of proof when she takes something from you. read more

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a UPS store. After waiting an hour and 10 minutes they still had not pack my item. I realize I was shipping a stuffed unicorn, but it shouldn't of taken an hour and 10 minutes for them to finally actually even just take care of me. After an hour and 10 minutes they still have not even finished wrapping the package. To make things even worse, the manager was surly. I have used this location three times in the last 3 weeks. The staff has always been kind and helpful, all information is readily available and they will give it to you. My packages arrived at their location every time on time. On one of my packages I had arrive I ripped up the box on because I could not get the package out of it. Will took the time to help me, he taped the box all the way around and genuinely cared that my package arrived safely. I will be using this location in the future, and I am thankful to have a business like this that I can frequent. This is the worst UPS store in history, don't waste your time coming here because you will not receive any services. My husband and I came to print and ship boxes, isn't this what UPS is all about? Well clearly not at this location. I've never experienced this at other UPS locations just horrible, no service. We went over to Fedex and were able to complete our needs without issue. I had what was a simple print job that I put together online. When I got there to pick it up. The printing was wrong (single instead double sided), wrong binding and I had paid for it online they said they had to cancel that and now the price would be higher. If you need need printing done don't waste your time here go ANYWHERE else. read more

This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had, came home early from work to wait for an expected package I was very anxious about and come too find out around 5pm the package had already came by my house and did not get dropped off because there was no apartment letter . Went to the UPS store to print out my tickets for a concert tonight the employee told me that the computer went away at 5:20 it was 530 I just need to print out my tickets for the concert and go. That was like the stupidest thing I've ever heard and that's why they're getting this one star I wish I could give a zero because I'm panicking because I'm trying to go to a concert. I had a very disappointing experience at this store today. One of the employees repeatedly stated that my stroller could not block the walkway or the scale for weighing packages. She also said to my 7 year old, "um, can you watch the babies because we can't have the stroller over here" as tho she wanted me to leave my 1 & 3 year old in my 7 year olds care while I went to the back to have my fingerprints done. I later found out she was the manager, Letticia. I finally told her she could just let me know where she'd like me to park the stroller. At that point it got very weird and she told me I was being rude and threatened to refuse me service. I was shocked! I just said "can we please just get this done?" All while my 1 year old is crying in the stroller. She then charged me the fee, brought me to the back, and was about to start. I mentioned that I see she is the manager and she stopped what she was doing, ordered an employee to issue me a refund, and told me to leave. I'm outraged that she would treat me like this and treat my children like they're an inconvenience and just in the way. Just graduated from dental assistant school I came in to get a life scan. Before coming I called to make sure I didn't have to make appointment. The lady I spoke to told me the cost and said they take walk ins. Going to the store I walk in not even being greeted. I asked for a life scan. The lady said there as been signs up all week. Lady this is my first time in this store. I called even before coming down said I didn't need to make appointment. Not the best customer service. read more

Came in to complete my livescan fingerprinting and the cashier told me that the total would be $79. I asked how much the rolling fee was, and he had mentioned $30. I questioned it because I thought I had read online that A-1 Photo & Video's rolling fee was $18... then out of nowhere, I believe, the manager came out and said that it's $30 everywhere! If you happen to not like people with disabilities or people of color then you might want to give them your business. I took a family member in here who is in a wheel chair is not comfortable in a wheel chair for very long so they can't just sit around as long as the business likes in order to be helped. We came in to get a couple documents notarized. What happened: There was a person in line when we arrived so I let it be known that I was waiting and the nice guy at the counter let me know that I was next. He was doing something else and there was a lady that was helping a customer and I would be next. The manager was no where to be seen. Once she finished helping that first customer, I waited for her to call us but she decided to help another customer that walked in after us. So instead of being rude I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she didn't do that by intention. So we waited another 5 minutes and then this customer needed more documents and went to the car to gather them. I took this time to and politely requested if they could take the next person in like next time. I do not recall a response to that. Finally when our turn came, I mentioned that it was tough waiting for that long and if they could be more mindful next time. That's when the fun began, the possible, Trump supporter/Store Manager (you will see later) jumped in and sternly stated that the customer had just gone to get something from his car and was here before us...she clearly didn't see when we came in. To which I replied sternly that I was here before that person. At the same time her employee refused to help us due to notary requirements so I took my family member to the car and came back in and reiterated their mistake. To which the kind manager started claiming that I was yelling at her in her store and said I should leave and started saying she was glad that Trump... I didn't hear rest because I shut the door and left. I bet it wasn't, I'm glad trump is keeping you in this country. I did call the police on this business for their behavior and they stated they may stop by. Less than 1 star. read more

If I could post a -5 stars I would. This place is the worst place of business I have ever encountered. To start off I've had over seven packages that mysteriously went missing. The customer service on trying to locate my packages especially Daniel who just gave a bunch of lies and things that made no sense as to where to locate my package were incredulous! His nonchalant attitude is very disrespectful and that he blamed me is crazy not even trying to go over the facts. He blamed me saying that I signed for them, which I did not. This is what I think they're doing: What they do is have you sign one time for a group of packages you pick up and then add on the tracking numbers that weren't processed to your box under your signature to say that you picked them up. Im assuming because I have so many packages being sent here, they thought they could scam me, by making me think I am crazy not knowing which ones I picked up or not. I'm filing fraud claims on this store and will be taking my business elsewhere where there's integrity trust and security. read more

I had to return an appliance piece, and this UPS store mgr Gina and her crew- Ashley literally moved mountain for me while I was working with the vendor on this return. Gina and Ashley kindly offered to store my huge box right before and through Thanksgiving. I subsequently resolved the shipping paperwork with Gina via emails. All done with cheerfulness and positive attitude. It took 4 working women coordinating efforts coast to coast to conclude this matter, Gina and this UPS store made this task possible.
