Not only was I looking for flowers, but also a sympathy card. The selection for pet sympathy cards was a little bit small, however, the options that were available were perfect. The woman who was working was very kind and directed me towards the selection right away. The cards I got was also only $4! When calling around, someone recommended this location. So glad they did! We wanted 18x24, and they let us know the picture will likely turn out pixelated because the original picture is 4x6 AND needed to be cropped. We said that was fine. But when we came back to pick up the picture, they also gave us a 12x18 that looked great too! Such great service, super considerate. Staff usually not friendly, but today was on another level. The guy working Saturday mornings is incredibly unprofessional. I walked in and was ignored. He was talking with someone (another customer? A friend?) and complaining about customers and using a lot of curse words really loudly. All while I was standing there waiting to be helped. He never once acknowledged me. I just had a drop off but needed a receipt, so I just waited. Then someone else came in and I saw them use the kiosk to drop off a labeled package and they got a receipt from the kiosk. So I went over and did the same thing. But at no point did the employee suggest that I could do that, let alone acknowledge my existence. I hate coming here, and will continue to avoid it if I can.

From small to large print and shipping jobs, their Team can handle it all! Overall I think FedEx has a great value for the everyday customer. I've always been satisfied with the finished product and/or never had a complaint with any shipping needs. While the center may get crowded from time to time, the Team always handles every customer with diligence and care. They also have space to connect to the WiFi and work/edit/submit all printing jobs, and sell items you may need for the projects at hand..for example, I recently purchased tape and scissors here when I realized I was in a pinch and needed them on-the-go. My Dad, brother and I needed some documents notarized for my Dad's trust. I made an appointment…read morewith the notary here and it turns out they have several notaries on staff. I still recommend that you make an appointment though. We had four different documents notarized at $15 each. The staff member helping us noticed that a couple of the items had an older version of the notary page so he added a separate document for those to make sure everything was in order and up to date. So helpful! We would never have recognized any issues. He was very so patient with my Dad (who is 84), calm and thorough. I didn't catch his name but he's employee #236171. After I got my Dad and brother settled next door at Kyoto Ramen and food ordered, I came back to the UPS store to get copies printed for everything. They have self service machines and you tell them how many single or double sided, b&w or color copies you've made. I was back to Kyoto Ramen before the food came out!

I got my photo done and then I was off to the post office when a very lovely lady who work there mentione they could ship it for me. Saving me the drive to PO and it hard to go someplace eles when you are getting great service. So I stayed and got great service. With a warm thank you and lovely good buy. This will be my go to UPS should I stay in this area really nice people. I love good morning and thank you when doing business if you do this with a smile and not speaking in a loud tone I'm sold will return for sure. And both people did just that. Great place in my book.
