He was very rude to my questions, when all I wanted was to understand the process, and make minor suggestions to give him a better idea of what I wanted. But no, he said he "knows what [he's] doing" Even though he clearly didn't. My design ended up poorly done, it was not finished, and got all up on my face and raised his voice when I asked him to finish it after telling me that was all he could do. What I wanted wasn't complex or anything out the ordinary, Scott was just rude and very disrespectful. Would never go to him again, and highly suggest anyone else wouldn't either.

He directed us to the Pinole location with no appointment needed, so we went. The clerk at Pinole said that the person was off and asked us to go back the next day. We called the next day before going, the person was still off. The online appointments should be taken off because it does not represent reality. The line gets put on hold, everyone waits until the person who's calling to ask about pens gets his question answered. If the person wants a lowdown on a every pen in the store, the cashier will help them over the people who've been standing there in line. It's just bizarre. The front cashier should not be answering phones. Clearly there are other employees in the store. Why this is allowed is a mystery and why there aren't always multiple cashiers working is also a mystery since I see employees just walking around the store. The gentleman who came seemed great, but he didn't send me a quote. One week later, I hadn't heard anything from them. After calling to ask if I could get my quote, the Owner (I believe) told me that they may "take a pass," on our projects. When I asked why, she said they "do this all of the time." She sent a follow-up email blaming it on their schedule and workload, but I had not even given them a delivery schedule. It was a super disappopinting experience. My advice - if you plan on getting a quote from them for a commercial project, get quotes from competitors as well. Be aware that this company evidently chooses to "take a pass" on projects often.
