He was very rude to my questions, when all I wanted was to understand the process, and make minor suggestions to give him a better idea of what I wanted. But no, he said he "knows what [he's] doing" Even though he clearly didn't. My design ended up poorly done, it was not finished, and got all up on my face and raised his voice when I asked him to finish it after telling me that was all he could do. What I wanted wasn't complex or anything out the ordinary, Scott was just rude and very disrespectful. Would never go to him again, and highly suggest anyone else wouldn't either.

When calling around, someone recommended this location. So glad they did! We wanted 18x24, and they let us know the picture will likely turn out pixelated because the original picture is 4x6 AND needed to be cropped. We said that was fine. But when we came back to pick up the picture, they also gave us a 12x18 that looked great too! Such great service, super considerate. From small to large print and shipping jobs, their Team can handle it all! Overall I think FedEx has a great value for the everyday customer. While the center may get crowded from time to time, the Team always handles every customer with diligence and care. Great friendly service from the morning crew staffing the print center, think her name was amy but…read moredon't quote me on that. Was feeling good after that purchase. Alas the printer was defective, error code 00031, meaning internal jam. Since i had not put paper in the device and the repair online said i needed a screwdriver to repair what was likelt a daulty print head i was clear that this product was defective out of the box. Took it back for return, could not exchange as they were out of stock. I let the guy working the register know, he was disinterested when I told him the specific error code explaining why it was defective and not apologetic. Not that a defective printer out of the box is his fault but a basic principle of customer service is to acknowledge the customer's inconvenience and express interest in understanding the issue. So whatever, i don't need pampering per se and i know retail can be soul crushing work but i see how this place came by its low rating honestly.
