I needed a place to print a Celebration of Life program. I was trying to do via on-line at other place, like Staples, or another website that specialized in funeral/memorial items, but they wanted 8 page uploads. My program was only 3 page of content and 4th page (back page) nothing Then I remembered Copy World. I figured they do a lot of printing especially for all the Cal students. I went it and the gentleman helped me. luckily I have saved the pages individually on a flash drive and brought with. He told me some of the formatting was off, but he kindly fixed it for me. I also wanted to get a poster for have at the front of the Church pews for people to look at and he said I could have that ready the same time. I went in on a Monday and he told me it would be ready the next day. I couldn't get there until Wednesday, but the programs came out beautiful. In a stress time, where funeral programs are generally a last minute item, make sure you stop here. The print quality was excellent and the programs came out beautifully. I did catch an error and needed to reprint. While I was initially concerned about the additional cost, they did apply a $50 discount, which I appreciate. That said, the overall interaction felt very transactional, and given the circumstances, I had hoped for a bit more flexibility or compassion. Overall, strong quality and speed. This was my first time coming to Copyworld on 10/28/21 for printing services but they delivered as promised and had the best rates in town after calling a few places. I had 311 pages that needed to be printed and my print job needed to be bound too. So I called a few places and got a few ridiculous prices of $50+ dollars. The next best price was $30 at 6 cents for BW and spiral binding for $5. Copyworld beat those prices and quoted me $25 out the door and could have it done in an hour. I was under the false assumption that if I had my pages printed double sided that the cost would be less but apparently it's the same. The guy over the phone said it might even cost more if I chose single sided instead of double sided because they might have to bind two booklets since 311 pages was a substantial sizes booklet. I questioned that last part- hmmm. Either way, I went with Copyworld. I sent over a link to the file I needed printed to the email they provided me over the phone. I called back to verify they had access to the Google drive file. He said he had opened it and all was good and just needed to charge my credit card in order to do the job. No problemo. Plenty of parking on the side of the building located on University Ave in Berkeley. I walked into the business and found it a bit disheveled and busy with people printing. It was also on the stuffy side from all the heat the machines gave off. Pick up was easy and the job was well done. read more

I needed a large cutout for a baby shower, I showed him what I needed, he kept informing me that it wasn't enough kb, basically the larger we did it the grainier it would look. He kept telling me what he couldn't do, but he wasn't helping with any suggestions. I'll be looking in other places. read more

I had called to check on my flyers these people are very highly rude not responsive give me attitude over the phone here proof of pictures I had sent a PDF file confirming my size as you can see in the pictures below they have been stretched two different ways not what I paid for and the lady gave me attitude over the phone I was trying to fix my QR code and as you can see in these pictures they have been stretched horizontally they look like ovals not circles I was able to pull up my email and I can scan these codes no problem the lady gave me super attitude over the phone and said that I can't even get a refund since I pick them up very unprofessional would not recommend this place to nobody . I have order stuff here a few Time no issues till now ! Never coming back Here again and they are very rude over the phone ! Waste of time and money ! Unfortunately the service provided today was not very productive or helpful. I arrived hoping to print stickers, and customer service after greeting me, walked to a computer, sat down ate some crackers and then over all the noise asked if I sent the document. Upon arrival I mentioned I had my document on a usb. When customer service asked a second time if I sent over document, I showed that I brought in a usb. Customer service then took the usb, and opened the document. The sizing was requested to fit a 2inch sticker, and customer service was unable to help resize image or provide other options. I sadly had to leave as I felt like customer service was unknowledgeable with services. I had called a day before about the sticker printing services over the phone, and was told it would be better to come into the store. I noticed that costumer service was on the website creating an order which I could have easily done from home. I will most likely just have to create an order from online moving forward and not feel inclined to going into the location. read more

This is my go-to for printing flyers, photos, copies ... they're fast, VERY easy to work with, and I love what they have produced for me.. They may appear casual but they are sharp, attentive, and produce quality products. I don't care for the 1-star review based on someone being rude ... of course rudeness is neither necessary nor good for business, and a bad experience is unfortunate. Amir and Copy World are the BEST, all the staff are very helpful, polite and knowledgeable - I often bring obituaries to be printed and Amir knows just what I want and how I want it - I just email him my docs and if there need to be adjustments, he does that for me without even charging me, also, the cost to copy here is much cheaper and better quality than where I use to go - they handle all my work with knowledge and with care. Their turn around time for my copies are the day of or the next day. I would highly recommend them for any small, large or bulk things you need printed. read more
