I came in to get a graduation stole embroidery done. The guy at the front said they don't do them often and they definitely don't do them on just one stole vs 10 or more. When I asked why he said that "if we mess up there's no way we could refund you a new one or get one back to you in time". I clearly was confused as to why his first thought was they it would get messed up. Then he said that the machines could mess it up and it wouldn't be enough time to get a new one. I relayed to him that I was coming with 6 weeks anticipation. So either they don't have reliable machines or their work is not up to standard. Makes sense since they don't have very recent reviews on the internet. Will definitely recommend friends and family elsewhere. I wanted to support local and this is their business model? Let's see how long that stay in business if they are not doing small jobs due to the unreliability of their machines or their knowledge. Super affordable and flexible. We went to them one day before my cousins funeral due to the fact that we were so busy organizing the funeral and fundraising for it. Having shirts done went over our head. Me and my boyfriend went in the afternoon and explained our situation. Luckily the owner already had some pictures there and was able to accommodate us. The conversation never happened we did not want to wear the sweater and return it for a new sweater after the funeral. My review is 100% truthful and I came back because you all made the graphic and I respect the work even if not perfect that was done definitely not the experience you gave us. Your response only speaks to how you all handle business unprofessional and defensive. Admit you all took our money with no remorse or sense of urgency- no extra mile was taken you actually made it difficult for us at every turn, and no the graphic was not done in a timely matter. I have screen shots and missed deadlines if you have forgotten . My sister urged me to take business elsewhere I chose to go back to the person who generated the graphic as I fore mentioned. My family comes from a long line of small business owners that is another reason we chose you all. Huge mistake ! This is a fantastic printer! I needed a short run on full color tshirts as gifts for family. I was a novice at graphic design and i really wanted my design to come out looking great. Raul and Diego gave great customer service, providing advice and feedback in advance by phone and by email. Diego even threw in extra help cleaning up my graphic a bit. I needed a small job - printing on reverse side of two pre-made sofa pillows. Very few companies are set up to do a job like that, but Leftside Printing did a beautiful job with a short turn around time.
