Then when I when it came around to actually ordering they kept telling me because my order was so complicated that mistakes are likely to happen... not a great thing to hear as a customer but I needed to get the orders in. They first promised a 10 day lead time which turned into 20 days. When my order finally arrived I was missing items, and one of my designs was printed backwards! Not to mention the customer service left much to be desired! They over promise and under deliver. I will not be using their services again.

I relayed to him that I was coming with 6 weeks anticipation. So either they don't have reliable machines or their work is not up to standard. Makes sense since they don't have very recent reviews on the internet. Will definitely recommend friends and family elsewhere. I wanted to support local and this is their business model? Let's see how long that stay in business if they are not doing small jobs due to the unreliability of their machines or their knowledge.
