The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.

You can't find better quality of product, design or pricing anywhere else. This is the vendor to use for your screen printing needs. We are a youth development org that has our youth design our logo then we have it printed on a t-shirt for 125 kids. For the first time in 8 years we got a great clean crisp design on a high quality t-shirt, that won't warp after a wash. Price was comparable to our previous vendor..of lesser quality. Merch Monster took our design and order and turned it around within our deadline. We are so pleased we will be placing a second order asap. Kids have been immediatley putting on their shirts. Ive got quoted at serval other shops but found that mike seemed to offer better quality at a good price. So I gave him a try. Communication was good, as he made sure designs were accurate prior to print. Upon pickup I briefly looked at them, and put them back into the box to take to the house for further inspection.
