This is the worst business I've ever patronized, the owner doesn't reply to your emails, calls, or texts, sadly I gave this guy my shirts in which he kept for 2 months, he needs to take some classes on customer service, then he has the nerves to say, it was only three shirts, no matter if I ordered 1k shirts, you honor your word and conduct business correctly! Crazy thing when the pandemic first occurred I helped keep his business afloat I ordered over 3k hoodies, when the orders slowed down his true colors showed up, if you ain't spending big money he will put you on the back burner. I can't say enough wonderful things about this business. Let me start by saying every other place I called my order was too small or they couldn't do what I wanted. I simply wanted to get 12 shirts to give to friends to commemorate a major life event. Event name on the front and important dates on the back - like a million concert t-shirts we've all seen. Judy was wonderful working with me on sizing, colors etc and the price was totally reasonable. I ordered alumni T-shirts for a high school from Blue Chip Tees and I'm extremely pleased with our order. The designer listened to my concerns about colors and helped make our design look better. I've ordered from several other vendors in the past and have had trouble with the color gold ending up looking yellow. Blue Chip got our gold just perfect. This place is great. Our family did a walk last year for JDRF and we wanted to print up about 50 shirts for us and the sponsors. We didn't want to order online because we wanted to feel the quality of the shirts first. Blue Chip Tee is in our area and we read some good reviews here about them and decided to check it out. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. DO NOT use this company for anything. I contacted the owner because I was looking to get my logo printed on some shirts and shorts. What should have taken 2-3 weeks to complete took 3 months. I was told by the owner every week that my items would be ready the next week despite the fact that they were not. Every time I called him, I never got an answer. I would text him and did not get a response. His communication skills are horrible. When I finally picked up my shirts, the shorts still were not finished. I was told the shorts would be ready in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I tried calling him but I got no response. I had to go up to the shop on multiple occasions unannounced, including this time, because I could not get a hold of the owner. I was told the shorts would be ready the next week because he sent them out to someone else for the printing. I waited almost 2 weeks purposely and the shorts still were not ready. I requested a refund for the shorts. When I went into the shop for the last time, I saw the shorts sitting in the same box I dropped them off in untouched. He lied to me about sending the shorts out for printing and I essentially felt like I was getting the run around. To make matters worst, he took multiple days to refund me for the shorts. I do not know how this company is still in business with practices like this. I DO NOT recommend anyone use this company for anything. read more

I think these reviews must be paid for! I spoke with Cal last Friday and sent him over the artwork he requested. He said he would have a quote for me in a couple of hours. I have yet to hear from him, and I have called him everyday since Monday. He has not even responded to my texts, and I can see that he has read them. DO NOT COME HERE. I had one of the WORST experiences with this guy. To start, I gave him 16 shirts to print my design on, and he gives me back 15. However he gave me a jacket to compensate for the missing shirt. The print also turned out to be darker to what I had designed. I was very dissapointed with the product after I took it home and paid for it (which I highly regret doing). This place for sure deserves 1 star. read more
