The inside vibes are very nautical and fun, quirky paintings and cartoons decorate the walls. The service was quick and attentive and our waitress was very kind. We came around 4 PM on a Sunday so it wasn't the busiest time, yet the restaurant still had a decent amount of people. I got two burgers split to share with a friend. We tried to the tres fuego as well as the Casanova. The tres fuego was very delicious! I enjoyed the flavors, it was spicy, and well balanced with the sauce. I wish the bread was a bit fluffier with more substance rather than immediately deflating. Otherwise I have no complaints about this one. The Casanova was very cool in theory and was almost at the point where it was perfect, but it came out pretty dry. Next time I'd order the Tres Fuego again! The fries were good but definitely not creole spiced to any extent that was memorable. It tasted like it was simply salt and pepper on time. overall, a good restaurant. Great food!! Reasonably priced. We got the margarita pizza and the pesto grilled chicken sandwich and both were excellent! I would also recommend the hot chocolate if you're here on a cold day. You can tell the ingredients are fresh here! They even use local suppliers for their spices and ketchup (do yourself a favor and taste this ketchup if you're used to plain old Hienz). Stopped at the sink with my daughter who is visiting CU from Chittown. Everyone we know who went to school here recommended the Sink and it did not disappoint. First time at The Sink and I gotta say.. this place is SO COOL! I sat at the bar on a super busy Friday night and the bartender, Jordan, made it a point to let me know right away that he would be right with me. I originally wanted a beer, but after seeing him make margaritas with actual limes I chose to get a margarita instead. I then ordered the Havana Nights burger (no pickles) with seasoned fries and it was AMAZING. The beer mustard was sooooo good! Fun fact: the bar actually has a cool story behind their art. The story is that you start off as an angel and after going to The Sink so much you turn into a little devil! Check out the art work on the roof when you walk in and at the back for the Sink Rat Devils(; Overall, i was highly impressed with this place, and whenever I come back to Boulder I'll be sure to come back!
