These guys were able to come same day, and completed a pretty big job quickly and thoroughly. They were so nice and professional.

Monumental thanks and appreciation to Professional Locksmith. Not only for running a tight, effective team, but for hiring a star like Denzel. Man was prompt, knowledgeable, positive and immediately analyzed our predicament w/ easy and confidence. Based on tight security, we thought we may be out of lock. Despite sub zero temps, Denzel arrived in a matter of minutes, went above and beyond, cracked the code -- and multiple lock challenges, and pain free executed our entry plan like a champ and seasoned pro. Am absolute pleasure to deal with on every level. Pray I never face an issue like this again, but if I do, I'm calling Denzel. Fast, efficient, great dude. 5++ star. Cheers and congrats to Denzel and Professional Locksmith! read more

Talk about a lifesaver! Hadn't even brushed my teeth and went to get my mail first thing Saturday morning...and of course I locked myself out. Borrowed a neighbors phone and called the first company that popped up- The Professional Locksmith was there in 20 minutes!! He was able to use a contraption that reached under the door and pulled the handle, no drilling and a grand total of 3 minutes. Amazing!! Call these guys when you find yourself in a similar situation, you won't be disappointed! read more

I will never call anyone else for lock solutions! This company knows their stuff and are extremely professional and knowledgeable about everything pertaining to locks. I called and they had someone available immediately. I met Mario and he re-keyed all of the locks so fast and the keys didn't stick one bit! Then he actually looked at all my other keys and helped me figured out that some of my other locks were going bad. He was so nice about explained how these certain master keys work with various locks. Mario exceeded my expectations and he is my new go-to locksmith master! Thanks Mario and The Professional locksmith! read more

I've procrastinated for some time to get a couple keys copied. Mainly because of the time needed every time I've gone to Ace. I've seen the Professional Locksmith on my driving route but figured my "job" was too small. Today I drove past the Professional Locksmith and decided to stop to see if they could just copy 2 keys. From the time I walked in until the moment I left...the manager Rick was very courteous and extremely helpful. He assured me that that job was not too small and quickly copied my keys and put them on free keychain. I was offered coffee and water while I waited. Had no time...keys were done so quick! I arrived home and they worked perfect!! I can't see myself going back to Ace for keys. read more

I decided to get duplicate keys cut by an actual locksmith after having to return to Home Depot multiple times of various keys not working. Absolutely one of the TOP experiences I've ever had with a company (of any kind) in Chicago. Placed a group call out to 3 locksmiths on Yelp for a quote on upgrading the intercom system in my 2-flat. Figured I might as well go big with a video system. Before anyone else even responded, Avi was at my place and explained to me that repairing the existing unit was a much better and cheaper route. He came back the following day, knocked it out in a couple of hours and I couldn't be happier. He saved me a fortune and did a great job. 6 stars! read more
