Prices are super affordable, centrally located easy to find and I love the new south wash bass where you can take your dogs and not fight and hassle in your own personal space but they have washrooms dedicated to allow dogs to feel comfortable their private rooms. You can take both dogs in there and wash them as well, it's $16 I think for one dog or two for 20 is what I paid and they provided the shampoo the towel which you get to take home which has the cool Pitbull Store logo and the shampoo. Don't get your puppy's shots here!! Has all of my puppy's shots done here including his parvo and a month later my dog got parvo. A cert ver told us that they aren't storing the medications correctly so they aren't effective. Wish I would have known this before getting his shots there and I'm praying that my puppy will survive. The gentleman that helped me gave my puppy the wrong shot. So I urge everyone to please pay attention and ask questions. Make sure whoever helps u gives your dog 5n1 shot. I strongly recommend u visit your nearest feed store where it's affordable like "dog food depot". I only paid $11 per shot. Be sure to check the expiration date. This place is great, I bought my dog collar and harness both leather and with spikes. My first dog is 5 years and she has the red one, my second he's 5 months and has the blue one. If they don't have your coloer or style they can make you one and have it to you with a week depending on other orders. Very satisfied with their service. They have collars, chains, harness, food and toys for you Pitt or just about any other dog for that matter. You can also purchase goat milk which is better than milk for your Pitt. read more

We got our first puppy and after numerous attempts to find a vet to take us in for his first set of shots, the appointment days given were way out. Walked in this place and bam, shots administered! Same day! Walk-ins welcome! The people there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, just because they are named the pitbull store, please don't think it's only meant for pitbulls. I called both stores. the one in Phoenix and the one in Mesa. I ended up going to the Mesa location. I have nothing but good things to say. The staff knew what they were doing, very informative and helpful. The products are AMAZING. I have a 65 lb bull that can get through anything in 20 minutes, we tried a toy from the Pitbull store and 3 days later, it's still 100% in tact. Prices are the best of any pet store, one toy was 10 bucks instead of a usual 20 for the "indestructible" kinds.If you have the time, definitely stop by and check them out for your pitbull (or any large breed really)! read more

Don't do business with these people they are greedy and don't stand behind their product. We bought a harness and one of the straps broke after only a hand full of training sessions. The guy we spoke to about it tried to come up with every reason possible of why it broke and how it was our fault. He wanted $20 to replace the strap. I refuse to pay $20 to repair a defective product they sold us. We have never had this problem with other brand harnesses. Their products are clearly subpar which is why they don't guarantee them. read more
