There's a laundry list of medications for the dogs and she does a great job keeping up with it all. She doesn't mind when I'm that helicopter dog mom and I check too often on my sick boy. The lady charged a full day, claiming she arrived at 8am and just didn't check them in right away and that she didn't pick them up until 2:11, which was their delay in processing the pickup process as her Life360 again showed arrived at 2:01. The nickel and dime of the company is absurd - it's not even about the difference in price but the principle of trying to push this to a full day when it was not a full day. We have been taking our dogs here and to other Camp Bow Wow's for years but the rudeness and false claims of this manager has turned us away from ever taking our dogs here again. Be better and treat your customers right. Unbelievable.
