I went from deeply regretting getting a puppy (puppy blues are no joke) to feeling confident and grateful for our precious girl. And that is in huge part to Michelle! Michelle is encouraging and helpful. She patiently answers every one of my neurotic text messages. She tells us what we are doing right and kindly shows us what we can do better. Our puppy is only 13 weeks, so we have a ways to go, but we are so very thankful that Michelle is right there for us whenever we need her! I am so thankful we found Michelle!!! If I could give 100 stars, I would. She's worth that and more!!

Michelle was great with me and my daughter. She took her time to explain to the both of us we need to be on the same page while training because we are co-parenting. Within the first hour my dog already had changed because of her techniques that are being shown to us I am so grateful

If you are looking for the best dog training, with a positive reinforcement (no punishment) training program, Michelle at Bark Busters is the best. Michelle is an utmost professional, with the warmth of a family friend, and a gentle demeanor that you instantly feel comfortable around. Within minutes our puppies were at ease and comfortable around her. You can see from the start that she genuinely cared about our concerns, our puppies well-being, and our relationship with our puppies. We were impressed by her thorough interview process and methodical training approach. She took her time to create a bond with our dogs and training came about organically. In a couple of hours our puppies learned food manners, stay, leave it, off, and down. It is so refreshing for us to be able to open the front door and have them not trying to escape. We look forward to our next training session. Thank you so much Michelle for changing our lives.

Michelle has been working with us and my German Shepherd Belle since about February. She has come a tremendous way specifically in not jumping on guests, not stealing food off the counter, and walking smoothly on a leash. I took our girl to get spayed (she's 1.5 yrs). I was super anxious, being we were taking her to a clinic and not our normal vet. She usually gets car sick, and on top of that, new people, random dogs whose behaviors we don't know and kids and who knows what else. Plus, I couldn't give her treats after commands because she couldn't eat before her surgery. All this to say: WE WERE COMPLIMENTED ON HER AMAZING BEHAVIOR! From both strangers and the vet tech! She was very attentive to me as her handler, listened to commands the first time, and didn't so much as pull to go near a cat. She was the good-est girl ever! We even used the training Michelle gave us to get her to not lick her wound, so she didn't even need the cone of shame. Michelle is amazing with how knowledgeable she is on dog and pack behaviors. With consistent follow through and keeping in touch with Michelle, our Belle is now a fantastic pup to be around! Worth every penny we spent! (Michelle, please reach out! I misplaced your business card! )

Here's a story (more like a song) of a lovely lady...who is raising up 3 very unruly dogs. Two of them are Shep-herds...she calls "the Germans"...the third's half Min Pin, half frog. (She likes to jump!) Here's a story...of a dog named Legend...who was the leader of Myth and lil Luna Bug. He'd gotten way too big...for his britches (that's his ego )...the girls just ran a muck. ‍ Til one day when the lady found Bark Busters! and Michelle Willey comes to her home to save the day. Michelle teaches her to take charge of her family...by showing her what her dogs needed her to "say". The Bishop Bunch! Shoulders no longer hunch ‍ And that's the way they all became a "RULY" Bunch!

How would you deal with a traumatized dog that was bit by another dog, l have heard it is not possible ? Also he is a very jealous dog whether it be jealous of a human that his owner is giving affection to or another pet.

I have years of experience rehabilitating traumatized dogs both in homes and shelter environments. All roads lead to leadership. This means when the dog feels confident and secure in it's leaders ability to keep them safe most of the symptoms go…

A colleagusuggested that I try a dog trainer named Bob Solomini that he had used in the past. His passion and confidence in Bob convinced me and even though I was very skeptical and worn out I decided to give it one last try. I am excited to tell you about my invaluable experience and what I learned from it: -my dog was only a small part of the problem, but the majority of the behavioral problems stemmed from me. Dogs aren't born knowing how to behave the way humans would like them to, so we as responsible dog owners need to teach them. -we don't automatically realize what we are doing wrong and unless a true professional who really cares can teach us the correct way we can't be sure that we will ultimately have a happy relationship with our pet. -after four years of pulling my hair out and stressful walks with my dog I wound up moving to a new neighborhood, and my dog was totally out of control when I walked him. When he saw people with dogs, he went crazy and I could not stop him from barking and pulling. In fact, he pulled me down a couple of times where I sprained my ankle and another time where I hurt my knee. In fact, most of my neighbors walked the other way when they saw us and complained about my dog's bad behavior. After the first lesson, I immediately knew that I had found something different. Humane, focused,, professional, and results driven. I am so lucky that I found all American K-9 and especially Bob Solomini. I love walking my dog now, and all of my neighbors have praised the incredible transformation that they see. This was literally a life-changing experience for my dog and for me. I am so thankful that I found somebody that really knows what they're doing and really cares -not only is Bob a great person, but also the Best dog trainer that I have ever met. I highly recommend this trainer and business to anyone who is serious about having a great dog!

Once we found All-American K-9 and Erika, we knew we had hit the jackpot. We handed our sweet (but crazy) Labrador over to her for a 3-week Board & Train, with a little trepidation. After 3 weeks, we were amazed to get back the most well-behaved, calm dog. Not only did Erika train Finn, but she also taught us how to keep up the training. The responsiveness is unparalleled. I always get well-thought-out and specific answers to my questions within a few hours. I also love that this isn't just a one-and-done training. We have lifetime access in case we have questions, which is a relief, since we have someone who knows Finn and can help in the future. The Board & Train might not be affordable for everyone, but it was absolutely worth every penny. I wish we had found Erika months ago.

My 81 year old mom moved to an urban setting with a small yard and a neighborhood with lots of…read moresmall, yappy dogs that sets off reactivity in her German Shepherd. Although the dog has been through several training programs, she had recently reverted back to being reactive on leash: barking, pulling, and lunging at any dog that barked at her or gave her a "look". Thankfully I found Rob's Dogs through a search online. Rob offers dog training either through individual sessions sold as a packet of 8 or 3, or you can elect to do a board and train method. Since my mom's dog had done two board and trains with other training facilities in Florida and Texas, I opted for the individual sessions sold as a packet of 3. Not to disparage the other training schools, I want to note that the dog had learned a great deal of commands, but she was a little rusty and selective when doing them and was selectively reactive on leash around other dogs. What we needed was a trainer that could come to my mom's neighborhood and see the dog being reactive in the environment where she was going to be walked. Thankfully Rob's Dogs offered this as an option. It cost a significant amount to do this, but it was possible. The additional cost was for the mileage and drive time to my mom's place. We had a meet and greet at the facility. Rob, the owner, met with us and got the back story on the dog and the current behavior problems. He took the dog and walked her around a bit and near other dogs, tested her response to commands and leash pressure. He explained the package options available to us. He also made us aware that we would be using both a prong collar and e-collar to reinstate her former training. We had these tools, but my mom hadn't used them with the dog since she left Florida, and I had never used them. We were assigned a trainer who was contracted by Rob. Lauryn was super friendly and had a love and full understanding of the German Shepherd breed. She herself had a German Shepherd. She went over the operation of the two collars which I was not familiar with at all. Rob's dogs sent us a link and password so that we could watch some important training videos. His website also had some very useful training tips. I highly recommend watching/reading this information carefully and then reviewing it again each week. It's easy for owners to slip into bad habits quickly which results in their dogs behaving in ways they don't want. You will have to enforce rules and get into a routine. Restrictions can be lifted once the dog consistently behaves as desired. You will find that YOU will have to do the hard work. The trainer and Rob's Dogs will assess your current situation and give you the tools and training to use those tools to reinforce good behaviors. It won't happen overnight. You will need to work with the dog for at least an hour each day to reinforce the seven commands and expectations. As I mentioned, we only had three sessions. This training was going to determine whether or not my mom could keep and handle her dog. Immediately after the first session, we started using the tools and putting restrictions in place inside the house to set the law of the land. Right away, we noticed a difference. While the dog was already really well behaved in the house, it improved her response to us when we walked her outside of the house. The prong collar made a drastic difference in her behavior when she saw other yappy dogs on the walk. I no longer had to worry about her lunging, pulling or barking incessantly in an aggressive stance. She still got up, moved forward, and barked once, but it was all very controlled. I didn't have to use all of my strength to hold her back. The real test came when my mom was able to walk her dog around other yappy dogs. After session two, my mom was easily able to do this, and I felt confident that continuing this training would allow my mom to keep her dog. Her German Shepherd is sometimes still reactive, but it is much more controlled and manageable now. In time, and with continued consistent practice, I believe my mom's dog will eventually stop the reactivity altogether. She has already shown amazing progress and only slips occasionally. If you are looking for effective dog training (well, really we know it is human training to learn how to effectively communicate with the dog), then consider Rob's Dogs. You will work hard to get your dog's behavior issues resolved, but the longterm results will allow you to have a wonderful relationship with your pet.

Also a bonus is their amazing selection of dog treats and toys! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We met Colin, the owner and trainer, for orientation and he was awesome at explaining everything from training to their philosophy to what is expected of dog owners and what we need to do to see results with our puppy. With our schedule, we have been mostly in training classes with Ray (sorry, if I misspelled that!) and she is amazing! Gatsby loves her and so do we! We and Gatsby are always learning something new with each class that we never would've picked up from online or trying to train by ourselves. The trainers are very passionate about dog training and it definitely shows in classes. The best and most important part about Zoom Room, that we love the most, is their philosophy on only using positive training techniques and avoiding negative ones at all cost. We highly recommend this place if you're looking for a clean, safe facility with friendly and kind staff, and passionate trainers for your pup!
